Today was Mother's Day, so I didn't get to see Gerard. Instead, I spent the morning making a card for my mom because she still wasn't home from last night. I finished it up, and I cleaned up the house a bit and then waited. Mom got home around one in the afternoon. She looked like she needed sleep and a shower. I hope she didn't notice that I tried not to notice but I gave her the card and she seemed grateful so that's good. We ate dinner together and then I did some homework. I still have some to do!
At least tonight has been one of the better nights with my mom in a while.
