SEPTIPLIER IS NOT DEAD NOR IS SHIPPING

Recently, J on septiplierbum posted an entry to the one-shots collection that she thinks Septiplier is dead. I don't believe that for one second. The two in the ship themselves are giving us new material every day to write/draw, and even mention it in their videos as jokes.

I don't think a ship ever really dies. For example: Ianthony was the first ship I ever got into for YouTube at 16, and they recently kissed in a video. They even made a big deal about it in the behind the scenes by making a romantic edit of the scene.

I write Septiplier as my main ship on this account while also shipping Sheriarty, Drarry, Jaspar, Phan, Pewdiecry, and even Andley (haven't written it yet). Granted, I don't ship them to the point of wanting a photo of the ships kissing, I just like the idea of these ships happening or write it for fun.

In the long run, ships are a creative output for us writers. It gets us to think of ideas and work our imaginations in ways artists do. A great example of this is phanci's story "Moods". She came up with the idea of people having basically emojis above their heads to show their mood, and Dan has just a black line that he's had all his life, making him a bullied kid.

In my three years on wattpad, I've seen great stories from ships, and bad ones in contrast. That kind of deciphers the talent from the trendy. The talent are the people who can write and create great stories through words. The trendy are the people who can't write, and do it because a lot of people do it.

I don't think Septiplier is dead, it won't die as long as the two halves are on YouTube.
