Chapter 74

Very long chapter in the honor of Harry cutting his hair. Waiting for pictures without a hat!!!

Harry's POV

After me and Lex stay on the couch for a very long period of time, just stroking each others backs and hair, saying goodbye, Avery wakes up and Oliver returns with him around his shoulder, helping him to the couch.

They come and Lex and I unravel and re-heat the pizzas. After that, all four of us dig in watching re-runs of Cupcake Wars in the back.

When the meal finishes, Oliver and Avery start talking about how they are brothers now and how much they have missed each other.

Me and Lex are sort of left out, unattended for in the corner, she sits right beside me, holding my hand.

"Lets go to my place. I want to be with you." I murmur to her and her cheeks go up in flames as she motions me to be quiet. I start giggling and she follows, putting her hand on my cheek.

"Avery. I'll spend the night at Harry's. Don't wait up." She says to them and Avery slowly nods as he eyes me. I think he does really believe his sisters a virgin. If thats the truth than the size of his brain is half a bean.

She kisses both Avery and Oliver and tells them she made the guest bedroom for Oliver and there is soup and some pasta in the fridge if they get hungry.

She tells Avery to stay away from alcohol and then tells them to call her if anything happens, she is just across the street anyway.

Me and Lex go out onto the street to quickly walk across to my apartment when the moment we step onto the street, paparazzi flood us.

"Harry! Harry! Are the rumors true is Alex pregnant again?" A man shouts and I ignore them as I wrap my hands around Alex and lead her in the crowd.

"You piece of shit! Stay away from Harry!" A girl in the crowd with the paparazzi shout at her.

Alex's face falls down but she manages to keep a straight face and continue walking.

"Hey stop that!" I say to them and all of the cameras start recording once I do. Annoyed, we finally cross the street.

"You okay babe?" I whisper to Lex and she smiles as we speed up to reach my loft quickly.

"Harry is it true you got her this house?!" Another man screams as we barely make it to the door. Tim opens the door for us and I nod at him as we speed up.

"She is broke. Of course he did. She uses him for the money!" The same girl yells as I get Alex inside the building.

"Thats not nice at all! Stop talking about my baby like that!" I say to the girl who is shoving an iPhone screen in my face.

She gasps and then I walk inside and Tim shuts the doors after that.

Alex is flushed but okay, waiting for me by the lift. I get inside and punch in the code for the penthouse.

Once the doors close, I push Alex by the wall, putting my face an inch away from hers.

"Don't listen to them. I love you." I tell her and her worry filled eyes literally change color and beam with love.

She doesn't say anything, instead she pushes her lips onto mine and kisses me as her hands rack down my long locks...

"They will be gone soon love." I coo into her mouth just as the doors open and her eyes follow, a bitter smile forms on her pink lips.

"I can make do with a buzz cut Styles..." She says but her eyes shows me the sadness she is keeping inside. I decide I'm an idiot for ever saying that.
