Bismillahi rahmani raheem
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Whether it be Ahadith or Quran, memorize something, take advantage of your ability to memorize these instead of songs (which are haram btw) when you are young and healthy before you become old and weak. Allah will ask you on the Day of Resurrection about how you spent this precious gift of time and memory He has blessed you with.

Try memorizing at least half a page of Quran daily, or even a couple lines if it's too hard for you. Remember, how much Quran you memorize determines which level of Jannah you'll enter (of course, your other deeds are taken into consideration as well).

As for Hadith, it all depends on the length of each one. In the complete 40 Hadith collected by An-Nawawi, the first one is much shorter than the second one. Estimate how much you can do, and complete as much as you can in'sha'Allah.

And that's all from me for today, wa asselamu alaikum, peace ✌🏼️
