Wanda Maximoff #1

"He's fast, she's weird"

That was the first impression [Y/N] got from the Maximoff twins. And she wasn't very impressed with them. Not only did the male in the duo have an ego rivalling Stark's, but the female of the two annoyed [Y/N] to no extent. She was always clinging to [Y/N], always following her around, and it drove the Avenger mad. So no one blamed [Y/N] when she finally snapped, being the hothead she was.

"Okay, small fry, what do you want?" She growled as she turned to Wanda who had been following her to the same areas in the Avenger training gym, doing the same exercises as the [H/C] female.

"Oh, uhm, sorry." Stuttered the girl, her accent shining through more than ever. She was nervous, noted [Y/N]. She sighed and ran a hand through her [H/L] hair.

"Don't apologize, I'm just asking." Sighed [Y/N], shaking her hair. Wanda fiddled with her fingers and gulped, glancing around the empty gym. It was a Sunday morning, and the other Avengers were either sleeping or barely preparing their breakfast. [Y/N] sighed as the witch before her kept fidgeting uncomfortably, before pulling said girl to sit with her on the mat she had been stretching on merely minutes before.

"You can tell me what's wrong, Wanda. I wont bite, unless you're into that stuff." Winked [Y/N], causing Wanda to blush a hardcore red, rivalling her own psionic energy. [Y/N] giggled and elbowed her gently.

"I'm just joking, calm down. What's wrong?" Wanda chuckled slightly and shook her head, glancing at her hands that rested in her lap. The next words that escaped the brunette's lips took [Y/N] by surprise.

"Well, since my brother and I came here, we were both kind of unsure about all of this, we were nervous and scared the Avengers wouldn't like us. But you were always so nice to us, even when we were siding with Ultron, you never once tried to harm us, and you always smiled." Wanda paused to glance at [Y/N], who motioned for her to continue. The new Avenger sighed.

"I remember the first day here, after Pietro got hurt in Sokovia. I was all alone, and everyone were still not one hundred percent comfortable with us being there. When I sat by the staircase all alone, you came along. I remember I was scared you would finally let out your anger on me, or something like that," Scarlet Witch chuckled gently and glanced back up at [Y/N] with a grin that made the [H/C] female's heart leap.

"But you were so nice to me. You asked me about my day, you made me smile. For the first time in a while, I felt like I belonged. At first I just watched you go about your day, but I wanted to get to know you. But seeing as I'm not as charming as Pietro... I ended up annoying you every day by following you around, and even though I knew this, I continued to follow you around, hoping I would get a burst of bravery to talk to you." Wanda inhaled shakily and hesitantly rested her forehead on [Y/N]'s shoulder.

"I really like you, [Y/N]. You're perfect in my eyes." The brunette shut her eyes tightly and awaited an answer from the other female, nervous about having poured her feelings out for her to see. She expected rejection, for [Y/N] to stand up and walk away, maybe laugh about it with the others. But it never happened.

"That's the most you've said to me in a long time." Chuckled the [H/C] female, and placed her hands on Wanda's shoulders, forcing her to sit up and look at her. [Y/N] searched her eyes for a hint of lie, but only found a layer of nervousness. She chuckled again and leaned in, pecking Wanda's lips gently before giving her a tight hug.

"Though you annoyed the shit out of me, I couldn't help but find it utterly adorable."
