Chapter 24 - Hide and Seek

Scarlett's Pov

So me and daddy are about to play hide and seek.

I already know where I want to hide.

I have a big feeling that I am gonna win this game.

"Ok sweetheart, you go hide and I will count," he tells me.

I nod and run already hearing him count.

I go upstairs and into daddy's room.

I go and hide in his bathroom closet on the bottom shelf behind the towels.

I hear his footsteps coming up the steps and I try to make myself smaller and quieter.

He enters the room and walks around.

He comes into the bathroom.

I stop breathing when he opens the closet.

He shuts the door and walks out.

I don't out the breath till I hear him walk out of the door.

I don't know where he is know, but I still don't want to caught.

I'm guessing he goes back downstairs because I don't hear him anymore.

I look around my hiding spot looking for something to play with and I see a little ducky.

I grab it and I feel myself unconsciously falling into little space.

I'm giggling because this little ducky is so cute.

"Gotcha," says daddy with a smile on his face.

I just smile and hide me head and to his chest.

Elijah's Pov

I've finally found her.

I thought I was going to have to give up.

Though I ended up finding her because she was giggling.

I have her in my arms and I can tell that she's deep into little space.

"Daddy?" she says looking up at me.

"Yes?" I say looking down at her.

She shifts a little in my arms before looking at the ground.

"What is it honey?" I ask getting worried.

We walk towards the bed and I sit down with her on me.

"Daddy can we go out on a date together?" she asks shyly.

I can't help but to smile.

I lift her head up so that I can see her face.

"Sure we can princess," she smiles and starts bouncing on my lap.

I stiffen a little, but I don't think she noticed it.

I can't take it anymore and I flip her over and start kissing her everywhere except her lips.

I her her gasp and I smirk.

She pulls me up and kisses me on my lips.
