Chapter 19 - Incognegro

*Kae P.O.V*

I sit back and think about how I feel about the whole situation. Like I love Teyana but this right here is some other bullshit like other other bullshit, not for me

"Well I mean honestly did you catch her cheating on you?" Christina asks me

"well .. No" I say looking at her "just woman's intuition, I feel it in my soul"

I look out the window of her penthouse overlooking the city

"Well if you didn't see anything, how do you know it's true ?" Christina says

"I just told you .. Woman's intuition" I say "you did it with him remember ? You knew he was cheating on you & you caught him cause of the same thing I'm thinking"

"True" Christina gets up & looks out the window with me "you should go see her"

I look at her likes she's crazy

"Go see her?!? For what?" I ask

"To go see if she's being Forreal or not .. And not the way we busted in a week ago. I mean look .. She's called a billion times & texted you & my front closet can't hold anymore of her gifts Kae"

I think about what she's telling me & think about it

"Fine .."

She does a little prayer motion & I grab the keys to my car "can you watch the twins"

"You know I got them" she says "just go handle your business"

I walk out the door & head downstairs to the car .. I sit in the car for a moment & think about what I'm gonna say. I don't want to fight. I just want to know why & how this thing even started. I can't build a family like that with her knowing that there's always going to be "her" on the side. It's just not fair to me & the fact that I know must be even worse.

I peel off & start thinking

*Tey P.O.V*

It's been weeks, I've been calling her & texting her & sending gifts to her bestfriends apartment but nothing's working. I miss her .. I know I messed up but I want my family back. Fuck

"What am I doing?" I ask myself "what was so good about this chick? Granted I dated her before Kae & I ever did this thing but I just don't know what it is"

I sit down in the living room with my pink moscato in a wine glass looking at a blank screen .. I don't want to watch anything or even think about anything for that matter. I just want my life

*Kae P.O.V*

I start talking to myself .. Thinking about what I'm going to say to her

"Tey .. I know you've been messing around"

Fuck I can't start like that

"Teyana" I say

That's a little better you know? Firm and a little aggressive

"Teyana .. I know what you've been doing"

"Teyana .. I know what you've been doing. It's not a secret anymore. I don't like" I stop myself

"I HATE that you've been lying to me for so long. I can't believe you said vows to me that I feel like you didn't mean. I hate that you made me feel like this. Knowing what you were doing yourself. damn I think that's good, I smile & laugh to myself. I'm bout to go get that ass.

I look at the time & I figure I'll be there soon.

*Tey P.O.V*

If I could just have one more chance with my WIFE. Just one more.

I hear a knock at the door & sluggishly walk to it. I feel like shit .. Look like shit. Shit.

"Tey" Karrueche says on the other side of the door

I open the door & can't believe my eyes it's her

"What's up?" I look at her in amazement .. She looks so damn beautiful

She walks in & sits down at the kitchen "we just need to talk" she says

I close the door & follow her "I know"

I sit down & wait for her to start

"Teyana .." She starts off "I know what you've been doing. I hate that you've kept secrets from me. I hate that you cheated on me. I hate that you just did what you did. You said vows to me. You said you'd never do this & you did the two things I hate the most. Lie & cheat"

She finishes & holds back tears "especially cause I love you"

She gets a tissue & wipes her eyes

"Listen Kae . I'm so sorry. I didn't mean for any of this to happen. Things just got out of hand" I say, I know that what I'm saying doesn't justify anything but I have to try "I know what I'm saying doesn't justify anything but I want you back. I want us back. I want the kids back. I want to be with you" I say finally

"Do you really want this though?" She asks me

"More than anything Kae" I say to her

She looks at me

"It's going to take sometime okay?" She says "it's going to take some major time"

"I can do time" I say "all you need"

She gets up & I walk her to the door

"I bought a house in Calabasas, we'll be there from
Now on" she says

I try to kiss her as she walks out the door but she moves her head "no"

I watch her walk to her car & speed off

*Kae P.O.V*

I pull over to the side & cry a little bit

"Atleast it went sort of well" I say to myself holding back tears

As I'm heading back up to Christina's condo I see a familiar face

"Hey love" she says in her cute ass accent

"HEY" I hug her smiling

"Long time no see" she says

"I know" I say

"You have time now?" She asks

"Yeah" I say "what do you have in mind?"

"Coffee? Drinks?" She says smiling at me again, running her fingers through her hair

"Sure coffee sounds nice"

"Alright" Ruby says smiling offering me her hand

I take it & we walk down the coffee shop on the corner.
