I actually get a lot of people telling me that they think their charas are fake. Honestly, I know what that feels like. I used to have no idea who I was, and drifted in and out of knowing and not knowing. I've gotten to a point where I have a rough idea of who I aspire to be, and I'm working hard to keep learning.
My best advice is just trust yourself. I mean, what have you got to lose? Wouldn't you rather be happy talking to charas? Charas can't trust you unless you trust in them. Even if you feel that the charas your talking to are fake, they aren't! There's always at least a little truth to the words in your head!
