152. Mind & Body: Write something that would motivate others to workout and exercise.

Just do it.

Do if for yourself. Do it for knowing you did it, to push yourself, to know you achieved goals. Do it for the pride you would feel in yourself, because it was all you. No one but you made you do it.

Do it for your health. Do it to be strong, so you won't be under anybody. Do it for the underdog story. Do it for the strength. Do it so you never have to ask another person to open a jar of mayonnaise for you.

Do it for the body. Do it to look your best. Do it because you can. Do it to be the best you can be. Do it because you want to imrpove yourself and get a whole bunch muscles so that when the zombie apocalypse comes, you'll be ready.

Do it for the future. Do it because if you're going to have kids, that car seat is going to be heavy, and your kids aren't going to get any lighter, either.

Do it because you want to.
