A question I did ask her

 A simple question it was

Yet she stopped and thought of it

"How DO I describe myself?"

It took her quite some time

 To answer my simple question

Yet, so hard to answer

"Describe yourself"

Was what I did say

For quite a person who talks a lot

She was silenced with one question

I guess it just shows it

That even how much we'd tell each other

That we, ourselves, are the only ones

Who knows one's self the most

We still won't be able to describe ourselves in even just one single word.

One. Single. Word..

That we haven't sought our true selves yet

That there are just a lot we do not know..

She's a black beauty

The craziest among the crazy

Joy. She's joy to people's eyes

She's joy to many

I wish she just knew.

And so then she spoke

"I'm...unpredictable"

An answer with no certainty

 Hesitation was what I heard

At that moment, I saw her eyes

That was once filled with such light

Then turned dark and teary

A wandering look plastered on her face

She seemed so lost inside

But then she blinked the tears away

Looked up at me and say

"So unpredictable that I never even understood myself."

"So unpredictable that...I don't even know anymore"

She stood from where we were seated

Gave me one last look

Smiled like there were no worries

Smiled like nothing else mattered

"I need to go", was what she said

She turned her back at me and walked away

Her smile showed that she was alright

Aye okay, that's precise

But her eyes was where my attention grew

Her eyes were no more teary yet,

They were telling me another story

Showed me, there is where her demons hide

She was an unpredictable girl

Always misunderstood

Yet stayed loving and jolly

Always bubbly, never showed self-pity

I guess that's what I admired about her

But what my soul get attracted to her

Was what she said to the thousands of people

in front of her self...

"Even if I'm ugly, even if I'm poor.

You will see, the purity of my soul"

And at that moment I thought to myself

'I want to know this girl so much more'
