CHAPTER 1

"Jade get down here now we need to go, I'll be waiting in the car!" My mum yelled loudly from downstairs. I fumbled around looking for my school bag and I stuffed a pencil into it. Normally I borrow one from Keeley but Keeley isn't going to be there. :(

I didn't bother with my make up I just dragged a brush through my curly hair. My hair frizzed like always but for the first time ever I was okay with it. I'm just about to grab breakfast when I get a text. It was Trystan. I felt the butterflies in my stomach as I opened the message.

'Morning beautiful, have a great first day. Xx' My lips curl into a smile and I can't help but grin.

'You too don't forget about me! Xx.' I text knowing I probably sound weird but hey it's not like I'm going to let him go. I mean come on it's Trystan woods head of the football team. Trystan woods the popular wherever he goes. Trystan woods who makes all the girls fall at his feet. And that's what I'm worried about, him falling for anther girl and forgetting all about me. But I trust Trystan, right?

Finally after 5 minutes while I am stuffing my face with my breakfast I get a reply 'How could I sunshine xx'. I feel the biggest grin on my face when I think of him smirking while typing sunshine.I don't bother replying partly because I don't have time and partly because I don't know what to say.

"Jade! What the hell have you been doing? I have been waiting in the car for you for 20 minutes, how do you expect me to drive you to London in an hour and a half?!" My mum scoffs.
I glance at the time 07:10. Oops! UCL starts at 08:40 and it normally takes us two hours minimum to get London. I soon realise I'm going to be late for my first day! What a great first impression I'm going to make...
