So I said this to my dad:
Me: Dad, I'm gonna go to the store.
Dad: Oh. You going to store?
Me: ...
So I said this in my head"
No dad. I did not just tell you that I'm going to the store. I'm gonna go to some guy and see if he can hook me up with some steriods so I can become the strongest man in the world. After that I'm gonna use that strength to punch puberty in the gut so no dad. I am not going to the store.
What I actually said out loud:
Me: Yes. I am.
Dad: Okay, be careful and have fun!
