Y/N's POV

"Well, fuck..." You mumble to yourself, staring at the pregnancy tests lying on the counter. You knew that your period was last, but you didn't expect to actually be pregnant...
How are you supposed to tell Josh? You both agreed that you didn't want kids until after marriage. And, here you are... Staring at the most important test of your life. You though the GSCE's were the most important... You were mistaken.
You wrap the tests up in toilet paper and throw them in the trash, putting more toilet paper on top of them so there is no way someone can see them.
You walk out of the bathroom and shake your hands, nervously walking to Josh's room. You have to tell him now, there's no use waiting, he'll find out eventually.
You open the door, finding Josh sitting at his desk, editing a video. You sigh loudly and sit down on his bed. Josh must had known something was up because he slowly spins toward you on his chair.
"What's wrong?" He asks you, moving his chair over so that he can out his hands on top of yours, his full attention on you.
You look up at him with tears forming in your eyes. "I-I'm pre... preg... I'm pregnant." You say, looking away from Josh. You don't want to see him face right now.
You can feel Josh remove his hands from your and move away from you. You sit in silence for a few minutes before you hear a quiet, "What?" escape from Josh's mouth.
You look up at him and nod your head. This is exactly what you knew would happen, Josh doesn't want a kid.
"I found out ten minutes ago." You mumble, looking back at the floor.
Minutes go by, once again, without either of you speaking. "Did you think about abortion?" Josh asks, causing you to look up at him with a shocked expression.
"Abortion?!" You exclaim, standing up. "Josh, this child is a human being! That's murder! How could you even think about that?" You shout, closing the door so the others in the house don't hear you yelling.
Josh stays seated, looking at the ground. "Did you think about adoption, then? You and I agreed that we didn't want a child until marriage."
You roll your eyes and cross your arms across your chest. "I'm keeping this baby, Joshua. I know we didn't want one, but guess what? You had to go and not use a fucking condom! We can't really redo this!" You shout, even louder than before.
"You're blaming me for not using a condom?" Josh yells, standing up so he's taller than you. "It's not my fault! Maybe you should have made it harder for my sperm to get to your eggs!"
You gasp, looking at Josh. This was not the Josh you fell in love with. "You think I can control that?" You ask quietly, the anger still evident in your voice. "Fine." You say once he doesn't answer. "If you don't want to be in our child's life, the don't!" You shout, turning around and storming out of Josh's bedroom.
You make your way up to Simon's room, knocking on his door. You try your best not to show any emotions on your face. Not anger, not sadness, not even happiness.
"Hey, Simon? Can you drive me back to my flat? Josh is recording a video."

TIME SKIP TO ONE WEEK LATER

You're still not entirely over Josh. You've been together for two years, this is the first time that you haven't spoken in a week.
You sadly place your hand on your stomach, knowing that there's something growing inside of there.
You sigh, "Sorry, kid, turns out I'll have to raise you by yourself."
You pull yourself up off of the couch, walking into the kitchen and checking your phone notifications.
Simon- Y/n, are you home right now?
You scrunch your eyebrows together before telling Simon that you are. Why does he want to know if you're home?
You grab some cereal, pouring it into a bowl. You grab milk out of the fridge, pouring it onto the cereal.
You sit down and start to eat it, mindlessly scrolling through your Instagram feed.
A few minutes later, the doorbell rings. You groan, almost positive that this is Simon. He must have texted because he was coming by. You walk over to the door and don't bother looking to see who it is before opening the door.
Your breath hitches as you see your ex, Josh, standing on the other side of the door. No Simon in sight. In fact, you couldn't see anyone else. Josh came here alone?
"Y/n." Josh breathes when he sees you look at him. Your heart wants you to run into his arms and apologize for saying everything you did. Your mind is making you stay in place, no emotion on your face.
"What do you want?" You ask Josh quietly, looking up at him. Josh runs the back of his neck.
"May I come in?" He asks and you reluctantly turn around, going to sit on your couch. You can hear Josh following behind you. "I'm sorry." He says as he sits on the chair next to the couch.
You scoff. "Sorry for what? Getting me pregnant? Yelling at me? Accusing me for not making my eggs hard enough to get to?"
Josh sighs, and moves off of the chair, kneeling in front of you. "I'm sorry I yelled at you. I was just in so much shock, I wanted to take back everything I said as soon as you walked out the door. I've been miserable this past week without you. I've barely been able to force myself to eat or sleep, and my fans can notice. They've connected the dots, y/n, and it's made me think. I want to be the father of our baby."
You let out a slight laugh. "Well, you don't really have a choice, the DNA already tells us that you're the father." You roll your eyes at him.
"No, I mean, I want this baby. I know we didn't plan for it, but I want to help you take care of this baby. I want to be there for its first steps, for its first word, for its first day of school, and I want to be there to see it get married. I want to be there, and I want to be there with you. I'm so, so sorry, y/n." Josh says, looking down at the ground.
You take your hand, placing it under his chin so that he looks up at you. You place your mouth on his, fully accepting his apology.
