Y/N's POV

You lay on the couch, waiting for Lewis to finish making popcorn. Scrolling through Netflix, you search for a movie for the two of you to watch.

Settling on a movie that you have never heard of, but has a good rating and sounds interesting, you set the remote of the table and sit up.

Lewis walks in with two bowls of popcorn and hands one of them to you. You frown as you look down at the bowl.

"Why can't we share a bowl? Is that what you're supposed to do when youre dating?" You ask him as he sits down on the couch.

You can see him roll his eyes which only makes you frown even more. "Just because we are dating, Y/N, doesn't mean we need to share everything with each other."

You let out a measly 'oh' and then toward the television. Grabbing the remote, you press play, beginning the movie. You lay back and llace your feet on the table, grabbing a piece of popcorn and placing it in your mouth.

You feel cold, so you grab a blanket off of the back of the couch. "Do you want to share?" You ask Lewis.

His eyes are glued to the tv, not even looking at you. He shakes his head, and you sigh, placing the blanket over yourself.

Watching the movie, you can't help but feel lonely. You glance over at Lewis as he shoved a handful of popcorn into his mouth.

You decide to go for it, scooting closer to him. He glances over at you before going back to the movie. You place your head on his shoulder, expecting him to wrap his arm around you.

"Alright, that's it." He says, standing up and pausing the movie.

"What?" You ask him, sitting up straight again. He runs his fingers through his hair, making you worried as to what he's going to say.

"Look, I didn't want to tell you this." He says, placing his hands in his pockets, a mad glow still surrounding him. "But, recently, you have been way too clingy."

You scoff as he says that. "Clingy?" You exclaim, standing up in front of him. "This is how boyfriend and girlfriend are supposed to act! I'm sorry if I'm just doing what we should be doing!"

He lets out a frustrated groan.  "In some cases, sure. But, it becomes clingy when you want to go to the Sidemen house with me every day. When at a restaurant you won't let me go to the bathroom by myself. When you see another girl looking at me, you grab my hand."

You gasp and cross your arms. "I'm just trying my best to be a good girlfriend." You state, sitting on the couch.

"A good girlfriend would apologize for being so clingy." He mumbles, looking away from you. As he does so, you can feel you heart break.

He shakes his head, looking at you with tears in his eyes. "I just can't do this anymore."

"Are you breaking up with me?" You ask him, begging that you're reading this situation wrong.

He nods his head, biting his lip, not making eye contact with you. "I'll see you around, Y/N."

And with that, he picks up he coat and walks away. You know he's gone when you hear the door to your flat close behind him.

You're numb.

You're in shock.

You want to take it all back.

But he's gone. He's actually gone.

You sit on the couch, wrapping your arms around your legs. You close your eyes and think about all of the good times you and Lewis had together. Maybe it was only you who thought they were good times.

All those times you went to Thorpe Park together. When you went to concerts and football games.

Lewis would have you help him with Sidemen clothing. You would help pack the bags, listening to music and jamming together.

Those were the best days.

You don't realize you're crying until you feel a tear land on your hand. You wipe you face and stand up, shutting of the unfinished Netflix movie. You grab the two bowls and walk into the kitchen, dumping the popcorn in the trash.

Lewis was always so good at making popcorn.

You mindlessly wander into your bedroom, grabbing a tee and shorts to wear to bed. Quickly, you change into them, throwing your dirty clothes in a basket.

You walk into your bathroom and look into the mirror. It hasn't even been ten minutes and you're a mess. Sighung, you wash your face with cold water, relaxing at its cool touch.

You finish with your nightly routine, such as brushing your teeth, and go back into your bedroom.

As you turn off the lights and climb into bed, your mind can't think of anything else besides Lewis.

You can't help yourself. Tears fall down your face, and you try your best to keep them from coming, but it's like a dam that's been broken.

They just don't stop.

Your nose begins to run and you know that there is no use to trying to sleep, so you open your eyes and lay on your back.

You hear a knock on your bedroom door, which causes you to immediately sit up.

You look over and see Lewis leaning against the doorway.

Quickly you turn away from him and wipe your face off with a tissue. "What do you want?" You ask him, still looking away.

As you turn back to look at him, he kicks himself up off the doorway and walks toward you. "To say sorry."

"Why?" You ask him, pulling your blanket closer to you. "Everything you said was true."

He shakes his head. "No, I was out of line. I didn't mean anything I said."

It just doesn't add up to you. "Then why did you say it?"

He sighs and sits on the edge of your bed. "Because I was afraid. I've never had a relationship this long and I don't know. For some reason I thought losing you was better than keeping you." He looks over at you. "But, I was wrong, Y/N."

You smile and lean toward him, kissing his cheek. As you pull away he placing his hand on your neck, pulling you in for a real kiss.

"Do you still want that cuddle, now?"
