Clark. The main character.
Clark is my friend, a raven haired beauty. Clark was the first person who had approached a person like me, a nobody.
He's smart, kind, talented everything you'll dreamed of your Mr. Soulmate.
At first, we were just friends, greeting each other and giving small smiles and chit chats. Then it grew to a very important friend, a best friend.
We joke around and hang out a lot. Sometimes they would ask if we're dating. But we always deny, because it's true.
"We're just friends. More like a sister and brother kind of love."
That was what he said. But it came off as if I've been stabbed, I don't know why.
I fell in love with him.
I fell in love with Clark. A main character, can it be? Can I be also a main character?
"Alice, meet my childhood friend, Emily. Em, this is Alice my little sister!"
Little sister, I'm just his little sister.
I smiled brightly, getting used with me giving a very convincing fake smile.
It didn't matter, when I saw how they look at each other.
It didn't matter how they look good as a couple.
I just smile and wish for it to just be as it is.
