Dipper drove down the road. It had been 4 years since they left Gravity Falls and now the twins are back. Dipper's car drove pass the large billboard Welcome to Gravity Falls.
"It feels good to be back!" Mabel exclaimed.
"I know!" Dipper said in reply.
He drove into town passing the town, noticing something missing.
"Hey Mabel, weren't there power lines here?"
"I thought I heard they took them down and ran underground ones."
"Why" Dipper asked.
"I think someone got hurt, someone important." Mabel dug from prior conversations with Candy and Grenda.
Dipper concluded the thought and continued driving.
They made it to the Mystery Shack, where the twins were greeted by their long-missed friends and family.They spent the night in their old rooms.
Dipper woke up early and had the urge to go to the mall. So he did. He walked around noticing familiar people who have grown older with time. He turned the corner, he didn't know why but something told him to brace himself. But nothing happened, no one was there. Dipper shook off the feeling and continued walking. However, the uneasy thought lingered in his head.
No one was there.
