Tamla Dumas: Tamla is the name of an actress who play Constance in the BBC show The Musketeers. Dumas is the name of the guy who wrote the book. I love that series and often in literature these characters are derived and made into something a little different which is sort of what's happening here.
Sohta is Athos spelt backwards and Athos is Milady's lover in the Three Musketeers.
