"Splitface" Rough Draft

Here's a once TFP OC of mine now a Permafrost canon.

Splitface, or as they call themselves, are either the following because I can't choose

A) An energy spectrum experiment gone wrong

Or

B) An offspring of two species from two different quadrants mating

So if it were case B, Splitface would be an offspring of a Fire and Water quadrant

Yes this guy is based on Two-Face from Batman and Ash from Mazinger series

And yes those two are, as Ash would say, "Biological Brothers gone Wrong" hence the naming

Ash an Frost would both mildly remind you that if you think of calling them a freak they'll merely give you some ice floral because they got over it a long time ago

Also Frost is the dominant one

I don't think I have to explain who is who given their looks and grins and such

But if you want, Ash is the crazy hair guy who has water control and the dark skinned one is Frost who has control over fire
