The four of us stroll down together on the boardwalk, over the bay.
Celeste stops.
The other three stop shortly after.
"What the heck do you want now." I sigh loudly.
"Guys, I have an idea. Lets run... all the way down... for no apparent reason!!" Celeste cheers.
"Um, I would, but you see my heads on fire so I cant." Tiphanie states calmly.
"Thats a horrible excu- WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOUR HEADS ON FIRE." Emma shouted.
Tiphanie points up.
Her head is totally on fire right now.
"WHAT THE HECK?" Celeste exclaims.
"SHES THE HUMAN TORCH!!" I yell cheerfully.
Emma didn't hesitate. She legit picked her up and threw her over the edge. When Tiphanie hit the water, Celeste ran up and pushed Emma. Emma went flying into the water, right on Tiphanie. I turned and looked at Celeste.
"What? She had a bug on her back."
I did a weird eyebrow dance.
"AH MY EARS."
Me and Celeste both walk over to the edge and look down, just to see Tiphanie with a hand on her head yelling "KAITO MY HAIR FELL OFF"
and Emma exclaiming "MY EARS."
"What do you mean, 'my ears'?" Celeste called down.
"I HAD TUBES IN MY EARS. TUUUBES IN MY EARS."
"Wh-"
"WHEN I WAS A WEE CHILD I HAD TUBES IN MY EARS."
Celeste just peered down.
She pushed me in.
I fell into the water then she jumped in after us.
"OKAY NOW WHAT-"
"TUBES."
"I GUESS WE GOTTA SWIM OERDERE." Tiphanie yells through a mouthfull of ashy hair.
Me and Celeste look to where she pointed.
"An island what the he-"
"TUUUUUBES."
"Emma shaddap."
Emma splashed with her hands and her body, throwing herself around the water.
"TUUUU- *hic* UUUUUBES IN MY EARS."
"Shes probably drunk-"
"TUBES."
We just sat there for a second, bobbing like apples in a barrel.
"Lets swim-"
"TuBes."
