With everyone at the table eating waiting for Nikki to wake up and come down and join them.

Avery reached for more food but she only found her hand swatted away by her mom
" leave some for your sister"

" she never leaves any for me"

" two wrongs don't make a right"

" fine I'll leave some this time"

Nikki can walking into the kitchen
" hey I leave you some"

" yeah Nikki  the stuff you don't like"

" what your point"

" you give the things you don't like it doesn't count unless we both like it"

" it counts if you eat it and I don't"

" Nikki no it's doesn't"

" so you like it and I don't so you can shut i-" being cut off by a swat from her father
" OW what was that for"

Gibbs pointed to her chair
" sit eat now"

" but why'd you smack me"

" sit and eat"

" fine"
Sitting down she began to eat after awhile she looked up to see her sister with a horrified expression
" Nikki you just stuffed you face with everything on the table and im accused of not leavening you anything"

" so I have plans today-" stopping mid sentence to see her dad pull down the newspaper at the news of his daughter having plan that he didn't know about
" that is if dad lets me go"

Putting down the paper
" your not going to be doing much your grounded"

" what I didn't do anything"

" yeah you didn't, the dishes are still in the sink"

" but I did them after dinner"

" there is still dishes in the sink"

" so it's because miss I need a midnight snack, ate stuff and doesn't do them"

" you don't leave me dinner" Avery said defensively

" do too you just don't eat as fast" then turning her attention to her dad " I did them after dinner like I'm supposed to. I did them and after I was done she ate again put more in so therefore she should be grounded and not me"

" fine your both not grounded but for now on if either of you eat or do what ever after the other is done you do the chore now go and get dressed"

" why" they both whined

" going to ncis with us"

" oh why"

" cause you last babysitter quit after the first day you were with her"

While Nikki chuckled under her breath
Avery spoke " we weren't that bad"

" you asked her if she wanted a piece of cake and then put dirt in it. You do realize that could of made her sick"

" okay maybe it was a little over the top"
