Because he just received his memory of the future.
Skull stood at his room at the Arcobaleno Manor.
After the curse was removed, Luce demanded they all live together.
He didn't had to wait long before his long time lover appeared and jumped on him, hugging him tightly, tears already flowing down his marked cheeks.
Skull hugged his beautiful boyfriend close to him.
" Shh, shh it's alright. I'm right here. Shh babe, I got you"
Viper simply sobbed.
He could remember it, remember when Skull DIED and that hurt.
It hurt so bad.
It felt as if his heart was tearing itself to tiny little pieces.
He remember killing himself out of despair and pain.
Pain of losing Skull.
He sobbed harder, clinging to his lover and never wanting to let go.
Skull just pulled him close and sat them on his bed, rocking them softly.
"Shh baby, shh I love you" Skull said, kissing Viper cheek.
He removed the Esper's hood and lokked into indigo colored eyes, tear full eyes.
He wiped the few tears that escaped and kissed his lips.
They fell inro silence, the last sound in the room being the returned "I love you" that slipped from the mist arcobaleno's lips.
I might have cried a little bit
