Rowing Day 13

Today we got there and we started to stretch. Then someone from the 8th grade group and the high school group pucked out of a bag(that had superheros in it) and they picked one out. The 8th grade "reprensative" went and picked Iron Man. The high school "reprensative" picked out Captain America.

I voted for Captain America. I really don't know anything about superheros. Anyway.....Captain America won! The people that voted for Iron Man had to do 10 jumpies because they lost.

After that we got into our groups. I was in a shell today. We did a bunch of exercises. We worked on going all 8 for when we race tomorrow. We also did some Power 10's.

We did an exercise where when we were up at the catch, we would jump out of our seats. When we jumped our buts, would be in the air instead of on the seat. We did this so we can see how much work our legs really do when we row.

After that we went in and we just huddled up and said, Dogs. After that we left.

Today was superhero day, but I don't have anything related to superheros in my wardrobe. Anywho I wore a blue shirt that says:
YEAH
I PLAY LIKE A
GIRL
JEALOUS?

Tomorrow is the last day of rowing!! Also tomorrow we are going to race!
