Sebastian left soon after, realizing he had just enough time to grab some food before his next interview with Mackie. We hugged goodbye, and I closed the door behind him before heading to the vanity, to touch up on my makeup. As I was sitting down, my phone began to buzz. On the screen, I saw Chris's name and groaned as I answered the call.

"Hi, Chris,"

"You know, you're really bad at heeding my advice. Literally every time I give you advice, you go and do the exact opposite of what I told you. Every single time, (Y/N)!"

"I know, I know. I'm sorry, Evans, but he's my best friend! What would you have done if you were in my shoes?"

"Depends on what he told you. What did he tell you, anyways?"

I tapped my nails on the vanity's counter as I decided whether or not to tell Chris what had just happened – and I decided on the latter.

"Nothing horrible – it was stupid, really. Seb would get embarrassed if anyone else knew – all that really matters is that we're fine now."

"Okay – hey, don't you have an interview with Bettany and Rudd soon?"

I glanced at the time on my watch and realized I had 10 minutes to make it across the convention center for my interview. "Shit, yeah! I owe you one, Chris. See you later!"

Chris chuckled on the other end before he said goodbye, and I hung up, grabbing my purse and water bottle as I headed out.

- A few days later –

A loud knock startled me after waking up just minutes earlier. The door cracked open slightly, revealing my boyfriend's face from the adjacent room, peeking through. I smiled, waving him in to the room.

Pulling the sheets back, I laid on my back and welcomed Chad in with open arms, inviting him to crawl beneath the sheets and nestle onto my chest. He relaxed into me, forgetting all the stress and worry from the past few months as I traced my fingers up and down his back. It was the first day off from the press tour, and I planned to be like this all morning – in bed. Neither one of us had the intention of leaving one another – until my phone began to ring. Chad groaned against my chest, stretching his arm out towards the nightstand, patting his hand around aimlessly until he found the source of the noise. He handed it to me, and I yawned while looking at the name – it was Sebastian. I sighed before swiping right to answer the call.

"Hey,"

"Did I wake you up?"

"No, I've been up for a bit. What's up?"

"Are you with him?"

I looked down at Chad, who had fallen asleep on my chest. I continued tracing my fingers across his back as I mumbled my response.

"Yes, and he's asleep. Why?"

"I wanted to see you, but don't worry about it."

"No, what's wrong, Seb?"

"Uh, Anthony wants to talk to the two of us about what happened Friday."

"Anthony is the person you told? I would've thought it had been Chris."

"Oh, shut up. Anyways, yeah, he wants to have a word with us or whatever before we have our group interview tomorrow."

"Ugh. Tell him to call me in like two hours – I'm still beat from yesterday. I should be free for a bit before 7, if that works for the two of you."

"Yeah, I'll let him know. See you later, then."

"Okay, bye." I hung up the phone before Sebastian could respond, and put the phone back on the nightstand – on silent this time – before drifting back to sleep.

"Psst... (Y/N)?"

"Hmm...?"

"Babe, wake up"

I opened my eyes to see Chad's face hovering right above mine, just before he planted a small kiss on my forehead and nose. He fell onto his back, right next to me, propping himself up on his elbow as he looked at me, running his free hand through my hair. I turned to my side so we were face to face – well, more like face to elbow.

"What time is it?"

"Almost three. Anthony's called you like 10 times, and I finally answered for you. He asked if you wanted to grab dinner with him at five, and I told him yes. I hope that was okay, love."

I rubbed my eyes before looking up at Chad, thinking – What the hell did I do to deserve you?

"Yes, totally fine! Thanks, hun. Now, if only I can convince myself to get out of bed and get ready in time..."

Chad laughed as he grabbed my hand, dragging me across the bed with him as he got up.

"Not yet, Chad, please! Five more minutes..."

"(Y/N), Anthony's gonna kill me if you're not ready for your friend date on time. I told him I'd make sure you were up in time, so let's go, babe!"

I groan, still protesting as Chad grabbed me by the waist, practically tossing me over his shoulder. I gave up as he walked out of the room, gently setting me down in front of the bathroom in his hotel room.

"Why'd you bring me in here? You know, I have a bathroom in my room too, silly."

"Yeah, but my bathroom has the fancy shower you like, and yours has a bathtub – you know, I gotta have my tubs, babe."

I laugh as Chad flashed me a huge grin before grabbing his towel, heading back into my room.

"Wait, toss me my towel!"

"There's still two in the bathroom!"

"I hate you, Chad!"

"Love you too, (Y/N)!"

-----

"So, how do I look?" I asked Chad, as I twirled around in front of him. I finished my makeup with just enough time to get dressed, with the help of my fashion-senseless boyfriend. He bit his lip as he watched me spin around, grabbing my waist as I stopped in front of him. Chad nuzzled his face into the crook of my neck, leaving a trail of small kisses as he moved down to my collarbone. I held my breath, tilting my head slightly.

"Absolutely amazing, love. How come Anthony gets to see you like this?"

Chad began kissing my exposed collarbone, and I knew what he was planning so I cupped his face in my hands, bringing him face to face for a kiss. I pulled away quickly, resting my forehead on his.

"Chad, don't start something we can't finish. Anthony will be here soon."

"We can definitely finish before he gets here – you know that as well as I do."

He kissed the top of my head just as I reached up, my hands gripping his hair, as his moved to lift me by the thighs. I wrapped my legs around his waist as he pressed his lips against mine, his tongue making its way in, deepening the kiss as he sat down on my bed. I pulled away to catch my breath, Chad making his way down my jaw with hungry kisses, stopping at my neck. I pulled Chad's face away from my neck, noting the lust in his eyes. I pressed a kiss to his forehead before I got off his lap, fixing my dress. Chad whined, laying down on his back, hands on his stomach.

"C'mon, (Y/N), we have enough time!"

"Babe, please, you know if we start now, neither one of us is gonna wanna stop until after round 3, okay?"

Chad pouted as he turned to his side, watching me as I looked at myself in the mirror.

"Just promise me, you'll be all mine tonight?"

I turned around and walked up to him, cupping his face and tilting it back so he was looking up at me.

"I'm always yours."
