Crime in Gotham fluctuated a lot. It would go from good to bad back to good again.
Scarlett started fighting crime with her adoptive dad Bruce. She later met the joker who confirmed everything her parents told her.
She hated the joker, she was a good guy and he was a bad. She made sure he died liked he deserved in prison.
Bruce and Harley never did have another child. But they fought crime off and on with Scarlett knowing she would be able to take on the world some day.
Scarlett eventually did get a boyfriend. She loved him very very much. They never broke up and eventually did get married.
This was the way life was going to be in Gotham.
