The Doctor stood next to Clara amongst the hundreds of graves his hearts aching. The drowsy Cybermen teetering around confused in their newborn state. He couldn't bear to see Clara distraught, whether to act with his heart or with what was deemed logical The Doctor spiraled into an emotional mess. What have I done, Clara oh Clara... His sorrowful thoughts cast aside as Missy materialized with an umbrella in hand a few graves away.

"Oh, that was brilliant!" She smiled closing up the umbrella

"Oh, I love the telly here, but did you see that?"

"Oh, Clara, you poor thing. You must feel like death." She frowned with mock sincerity

"Let me pop away the pain." She began to type into her device

"Don't you dare! Don't you think about it!" The Doctor rushed over and snatched the device from Missy throwing it away from her.

"Oh, sorry, hon, I'm just getting a bit carried away." She sighed

"It's your friends, they're so more-ish. Hmm?" She smiled remembering the delectable experience with Ann on the plane.

Seeing an opportunity to gain the upper hand Clara snuck over and picked up Missy's device before returning to her previous position next to Danny.

"Oh, stop looking all cross-pants."

"I'm here to give you a gift....could you at least try and be excited?" Missy sighed knowing her efforts were wasted on The Doctor

"What gift?" He asked

Nonchalantly Missy lifted a wrist and began to shout orders into her bracelet

"Cyberdears!" The cybermen all rose

"Look at Mummy!"

"Raise your arms. Lower your arms. Raise your right. Lower your right."

"Turn on the spot."

"There are exits at the front and rear of the aircraft. Please follow the lights up the aisle." She joked as the Cybermen complied with every one of her commands without a moments delay. The Doctor began to grow afraid for not only the safety of Clara but of himself once he had seen Missy exercise the extent of her power.

"You see, Doctor? The power to slaughter whole worlds at a time, then make them do a safety briefing." She smirked placing her hands on her hips

"Everyone who ever lived, man, woman and child, is now at my command. An indestructible army to rage across the universe. The more they kill, the more they recruit." She taunted hoping in her hearts that she would accept her gift

"Happy birthday." She smiled immediately changing her tone

"Oh! You didn't know, did you?" She rolled her eyes I bet he'd never remember mine

"It's lucky one of us remembers these things." She shook her head

"Happy birthday Mister President." She sung as she placed the bracelet around the doctor's wrist. His confused expression unmoving as Missy took a step back and curtseyed. Please at least look at me

"Doctor." The Cybermen mechanically spoke bowing their heads to their new commander

"Tiny bit pleased?" Missy was met with silence as The Doctor looked around at the metal men in disbelief

"Oh, go on, crack a smile. I want to see if your eyebrows fall off" Missy stated rather irritated that her gift had not been so pleasantly received.
