"Please stop crying." your best friend Jimin says as he rubs his hand across you back.
You had tripped and fallen and scraped your knee.
"It hurts." you whine while holding onto your leg.
"I'll make it better." he says. holding onto your small hand.
"Y/n)! We're leaving. Say your goodbyes!" Your mother yells out the front door and you look up at your best friend.
"Why do you have to leave?" He asks with a pout taking over his small features.
"For my dad's new job." you say as you stand up and hiss at the pain in your knee.
"You promise you'll remember me, right?" Jimin asks and you smile.
"Of course! We have been friends since we were babies and we're 6!" You say. flashing a huge smile.
"Don't forget me, okay?" he says and you nod with a smile.
"Promise?" He asks, sticking out his pinky and you grab it with yours.
"Pinky promise!"
"Let's go (y/n)!" Your mother yells and you wave to Jimin before running to your mother.
With one last look at your best friend you leave to America.
