So I will teach you using:
Picsart
1. Click draw and select a photo you would like to recolor.

2. Pick a color.

3. Click the layers button and do you see the word 'normal' in a red circle? Tap on that.

4. Now you get a bunch of options. Pick 'overlay'.

5. Adjust the size of your brush and start coloring!

6. Here is my final product. You can add another layer and color again there. It just depends on you.
