This tutorial is about making an instant circle icon! You need the app Photoshop Express.

I. Open PS Express.

II. Choose your icon.

III. Go to borders, the one with the frame icon. Go to Basic section.

IV. Choose between: Circle White or Circle Black.

V. Save.
