[ v1 ] paper cut ー HALIA

Sup people , it's Halia.

Again.

The others are so busy with school and exams , that's why they were pretty offline lately .

This was requested by Gold_Owl

I was going to leave this Chia-chan , since she was more of a pro on this than me , but sadly she went on hiatus.

I learned this technique from shuuyozu

Okay , so all you will need for this tutorial is picsart. Get your background and render ready , and head over to the draw section.

Insert your background and place your render exactly where you need it to be.

I don't have an example cover , and honestly too tired to make one right now , so I took my template and a random render I had in my archives.

Then create a new empty layer and place it underneath your render.

You could choose the border to be white , to resemble paper or any color you want. I am going for a random blue, the same color as Killu's eyes.

I press the shapes option , the one with the circle and square . Then I choose a square/rectangle shape and make sure I chose fill.

After that , I start tracing my render , bordering it with the squares. ( I am sorry but I don't know how to explain it. )

Half way , it should look like this.

And at the end , it would look like this !

I just want to point something out , I learned this technique recently . The first time I tried to do it , I gave up. Second time , it took me to an hour to make a frame a small render for my icon . Till this day , I still haven't managed to get around this technique.

Which is why I was really hesitant on doing this tutorial. But now , you guys have the how-to-do-it and hopefully you will practice it more than me , and get awesome at it !
