Two months later

The chilly air grazed my skin as I ran back to the Pack with Mathew following behind, both of us chasing the sunrise. We had been doing a lot of progress with my wolf, specially on the abilities I was still taming and on how I could become even more linked with Matt.

And I was happy and beyond thrilled every time I advanced. The Pack was great too, ever since the nightmare of what had happened with Ben, we had become stronger. You couldn't even notice we had united packs only two months ago with how close we were, just like a family.

I stopped when we reach the Pack House, and shifted on the backyard, not wanting anyone to see my nakedness. I took the clothes Matt and I had hid, and quickly buttoned up one of his shirts. I bit my lip as I saw him shift back, and get dressed too.

"By now, I would have thought you were already used to my body you know-," Mathew said cockily as his arms tightened on my lower back.

"Hey, I'm allowed to drool. You are my mate." I stated and fisted his shirt, pulling his head towards me, kissing him right away. God! My wolf had been too clingy for the past couple of weeks.

Mathew growled, and it vibrated right through my core. Oh dear... the naughty thoughts my wolf had, made we want to rip Mathew's clothes and act like a silly teenager.

"Alpha, Luna." Liam's voice interrupted and I giggled when I turned to him. His cheeks were blushed and looked pretty embarrassed about the awkward situation. "You better hurry, if you want to arrive on time to Michael's event."

"Right, thank you Liam." Matt said to his Beta and he nodded before leaving.

"You know, he deserves some vacation. He's been a human alarm for every matter we need to attend. Maybe you should introduce him to one the girls." I said.

"I think he had gotten ahead of us."

"What are talking about? I haven't seen Liam with any girl since he was... Mathew, what are you not telling me?" I said and he laughed.

"Nothing, I swear!"

"If you don't tell me, you won't get any for a month." I threatened him.

"Even if you're in heat?"

Oh I was so gonna kill him. I lunged towards him and we both fell to the ground, his body protecting mine as we impacted.

He was still laughing at my poor attempt of hitting him. He grasped my hands in between his and in a second, we had switched position, his body hovering mine.

"He's been seeing Rebecca."

"Are you serious?!" I asked quite surprised at his answer. Matt nodded and pecked my lips, as the news sunk in.

"Who would have thought? Liam and Rebecca... Michael and Leila."

"Yeah, it seems hard to believe. But I guess you can't fight it, when you found the one." He looked at me lovingly and I held on tight to him, as he stood up with me on his arms.

"You are making me blush." I said and hid my face on his neck, making him laugh harder than the last time.

I entered my father's office and sat on his chair, remembering how not long ago he was scolding me right here. I laughed at the memory and pulled out from the first drawer on my left, the letter I had found a couple of nights ago, while trying to clean this place.

It was a white envelope, but the big red letters on the front scared me. It was my name in my mother's signature. I had identified it right away, so perfectly round.

"You ready to go?" Mathew asked from the threshold. He looked at me curiously, his eyes drawn to the envelope.

"Yeah." I muttered, but still not moving an inch of my body. He walked towards me and quite easily place me on his lap as he now took my father's seat.

"Are you going to open it?"

"I don't know." I frowned at my response. "I'm not sure I'm ready to."

"Then wait. It'll be here for you when you are ready."

I nodded and we stood up. "You're right, I don't need to rush this. Thank you." I pecked his lips and he took my hand in his, leading us out of the room.

Everything at Michael's event was perfect and I couldn't be more happy for having everyone I loved, gathered around. "This is great Leila."

"You think?" She asked nervous.

"Trust me, it is." I answered honestly looking at my friend, with a grin on my face. "And can I say, who would've thought...that you liked younger men?"

She laughed and nudged my shoulder. "Stop it, you know it's something we can't control."

"Right, I'm sorry." I said and we both stared at our men, talking to each other. They looked so much alike and... Oh my God!

I couldn't even finish the thought, when I felt a sick feeling slowly rising on my insides and I ran towards the nearest bathroom. "Serena?" I heard Leila's worried voice following me behind.

I stopped in front the toilette and gag. Jeez! This was horrible. "Are you okay?" She asked pulling my hair behind my ears in case I threw up.

"Yeah, I think so." I said and leaned back on the wall, feeling slightly nauseous. "This is the second time in the day I feel this way, it's terrible. I haven't been sick since I was a kid."

"Right." She said looking at me straight to the eye curiously. I backed away, surprised by her behavior.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Serena, I know we are young and you have been under a lot for the past couple of months but-," she trailed off, frowning. "I think you are with child."

"What?! What the hell do you mean with 'I'm with child'?" I asked confused.

"Argh, you're pregnant! Pregnant!" She yelled at me desperately and I felt even more nauseous than before, but when I looked at the bathroom door opened and noticed who was behind it, it was even worse.

Mathew was wide-eyed looking at me, with Liam and Michael by his side. All three of them, stunned and open-mouthed.
