Chapter 6 - Surprises 

Kayla pov
Dead silence.
No one said anything , Alec parents just stared at us with a look of shock . Alani was to busy playing with her food to notice the sudden silence.

"Office. Now!" Alec's father said glaring at him. Alec quickly got up and walk out and his father following behind .

Diana look at me with a sympathetic look .  "I guess I'm going to be a grandma earlier than I thought huh." She said giving a soft smile. I didn't know how to respond all I could think about what Alec and his father were talking about.

After Diana and I cleared the table she scooped up a sleepily Alani and went upstairs to put her to bed . Which left me sitting in the leaving waiting for Alec. My wait wasn't long because soon enough Alec came storming around the corner.

"Let's go Kayla."  I quickly hopped up from the couch knowing  that Alec wasn't in the mood to stay any longer. When we reach the door Alec's father yelled out.

"We are not done talking Alec Levi Foster!"
Alec ignore him and grab my arm and led me out the door.

The car ride was silent and it was slowly killing me . "I'm sorry." I blurt it out . Even though it wasn't my fault I felt guilty.

"It not your fault that my father is a dick Kayla." Alec said pulling into my driveway. He turn off the engine and turn toward me.

"Alec what did he say?" I asked. I wanted to know what his father said to make him so angry.

"Nothing Kayla , Don't worry about it. " he said brushing me off. I rolled my eyes , "Just tell me Alec."

"No."

"Just tell m-"

"- I said no damnit , mind your fucking business Kayla ." He yelled out. I glared at him then turned around and unlock the door jumping out. I flipped him off and slammed the car door. I quickly walk up the driveway ignoring him calling my name . I reached my door and just as I was going to unlock the door Alec snatched the keys from me.

"Give them back asshole." I gritted out. He came closer to me cause my back to hit the door . Leaning down till his lips was close to my ear he whispered "Make me."

"Gladly." I whispered bringing my knee up and kneeing him where the sun didn't shine.

"FUCK!" He yelled dropping down on his knees clutching his jewels. I scooped up my keys and quickly unlock the door and slam it. Leaning up against I then slid down until my butt hit the floor. I look down at my stomach, placing my finger on it I drew circles on it .

"Your father is a big dummy sometimes." I said smiling down at my belly.

The next morning I woke up to a empty house . My parents must have went to church without me. Reaching over I grab my phone off the night stand to see three missed calls which were all from Taylor and one  text from Alec. I decide to open Alec's text.
