"So, tell me about yourself. You're not from around here are you?"-I asked as I settled down the snacks and drinks on the floor

"Uh.. No, I'm not. I was born in New York but moved to LA with my mom 2 weeks ago.. Personal reasons"-Yn bit her lip nervously 

"Do you have a boyfriend oh any-"

"Um, can we just start with the tutoring please"-Yn cleared her throat and rummaged through her bag and brought out some cards, highlighters, a notebook and pens

"Sure, I guess"-I shrugged 

Half of the time I wasn't even paying attention because I was texting Ashley or because of Snapchat. I could tell that Yn was getting irritated but I could care less. I never asked for this tutoring sessions or whatever.

"Jacob.. JACOB?!"-Yn shouted. I turned my head so quick 

"What!"-I scowled at her 

"Are you even paying attention? Do you care about your education? Do you? I could just up and leave of I wanted to. Its now like you even like me nor want me to be here. I could be doing something else but I'm here trying to help you but you don't give 2 fucks. None at all"-Yn said 

"SO?! No one is asking you to be here! If you wanna go then leave! Aint no one stopping you tf!"-I shouted making Yn jump a little 

"Bye Jacob"-Yn put everything in the bag and rushed out of my house

I didn't need her! I didn't care. Fuck Spanish!

The Next Day

After School

-Library 

I sighed as I sat down across from Yn again.

"Yes Jacob?"-Yn asked and kept her eyes on her book then slowly placed the book down and fixed her glasses before looking at me 

"Look, I am ... Sorry about kicking you out last night. I do need your help, I really need to pass Spanish this year so that I can graduate and so that I can stay on the football team. I do need your help.. I-"

"Ok Jacob. I accept your apology. I will only help you f you will actually pay attention. No phones, no distractions. Nothing. Just you and the work."-Yn said looking all serious but I started laughing 

"What's funny?"-Yn looked off to the side

"You can't be serious, right?"-I continued to laugh but then stopped when I realized that Yn was being serious 

"I am dead serious"-Yn looked at me

"Well .. I guess"- I rubbed my hair

"Mhmm"-Yn said 

"Can we start again tonight?"-I asked 

"Okay. I'll be there around 6"-Yn collected her stuff and walked out, leaving me sitting there 

6pm

"Are you ready?"-Yn asked as she took out the equipment 

"Sure"-I said 

"Give me your phone"-Yn held out her hand 

"You must be crazy"-I gave her a look as if she was stupid 

"I'm being serious. Give me your phone"-Yn said all serious 

"Why?"-I asked 

"So that you wont get distracted. I already told you earlier"-Yn said
