Chapter 69 {Part 1}

                  

Before I start with the chapter, I'm first going to talk about the wattys. I found out you can start with voting. So if you want, I'm not telling you you have to, it's your own choice obviously, vote for my story. And again, you don't have to. It just would be great. Chapter 69 {Part 1}

It's New Year's Eve. My second with Dan and for Skyler the first with Phil. We are just going to stay home, Skyler will come and visit. And we are actually going to invite a few more people, but it won't be a party. Just some friends hanging out. We are going to eat takeaway, we said that there will be no alcohol, because I'm not comfortable then, and we will watch a movie together until it's almost time to count down the new year. It's not something special, but that's okay.

"What kind of takeaway?" I ask Phil. "Pizza." He says. "I'm up to it." I tell him and I now go to Dan. "Is pizza good for takeaway?" I ask him. "It's fine." He says and kisses my cheek. "Well, seems like Skyler doesn't have any choice." I say, while Dan chuckles.

Now we have to find a movie to watch. I have no idea which I want. Maybe Skyler will know. I call her on my phone. "Hi Skyler. Do you have a movie in mind?" I ask her. "Uhm, let me think." She says, it stays quiet for a while. "I'll look up a movie." She says. "Call me back when you've find one." I tell her and she hang up.

"Skyler will look for the movie." I tell Dan, he just nods. "Do you want to play some Mario Kart?" He asks. "We don't have time for that." I say, I have some things to arrange. "We have four more hours, Y/N." Dan says. "I know. But I have to go to the shop to buy some popcorn and non-alcoholic drinks." I say. "You'll have time for that." He says. "You don't know. There can be a lot of people in the store." I say. "You will still have enough time then." He says, kissing my forehead.

"Okay, I'll play one race." I say. "Yay!" he cheers and I can't help but chuckle, I love his playfulness.

Skyler has called me to say which movie she has chosen out. I never heard about this movie. Apparently it's from 2011. However, I love the title. It is called 'New Year's Eve'.

I looked for movies about New Year's Eve and I found this. I watched the trailer so I would now what happened in it. And now I really want to watch it.

The people I have invited are Zoe, Louise, Alfie and Joe. "Don't stress, Y/N." Dan says, kissing my forehead. "I'm not good at planning things." I tell him. "You did fine." He reassures me. "Thank you." I say, kissing his cheek.

"I made a list of songs we are going to play." I tell Dan, showing him a piece of paper. "There is a variety of music." I add. (I'm just going to list some songs in this chapter I listen to. So if you don't listen to those songs, I am really sorry. And I hope you will forgive me.)

"I love this song." I say and point at my favourite. "And that's 'Airplanes' by '5 seconds of summer'." He reads. "Yes. That's by a band with four, all of them sing and play an instrument." I explain. "And this song is mostly sang by one of them." I say. "And that's?" He asks. "Michael." I say. "That's my favourite." I add. (So if you listen to 5sos, but you are a Luke girl or Calum girl or Ashton girl then I'm sorry. But I am a Michael girl.) "And what's the instrument he plays?" He asks. "There are three actually. He plays electric guitar, so he also can play the acoustic guitar and piano, like you." I say. "Why is he your favourite?" He asks. "Because he's like a kitten and he plays video games." I say. "He's the geeky out of them." I add. "That's nice." He says. "Actually, I saw that you follow him on twitter. But not the others from the band and the band itself." I tell Dan. "Why?" I ask him. "I have no idea." He says, really helpful!
