"Who was that?" Alec asks when magnus walks out of the bedroom.
"A client."
"Ok. Do I need to make myself scarce for a while?" Alec asks, knowing most of magnus's clients don't like shadowhunters.
"They aren't coming here."
"How long are you going to be gone?"
"Alexander, darling." Magnus says, sitting down next to him.
"What magnus?"
"That client is in greece."
"So you are leaving."
"Alexander."
"No, magnus, we are getting married in less than a week. The last time you left the country, you were gone two months. I can't believe you are going." Alec says, walking out.

Alec sets on the ground and leans against the tree and sighs deeply.
"Alexander." Magnus says, sitting down next to him.
"What?"
"You didn't let me finish before you left."
"I'm not stopping you."
"I'm not going. I refered them to someone else."
"You did?"
"Of course I did. I told them I was getting married and could not leave my fiancee."
"Really?"
"Yes my silly shadowhunter." Magnus says, kissing alec while snapping his fingers, teleporting them home.
