"Alec." Jace says, trying to keep up with alec as izzy, clary and a reluctant Simon all follow. "Are you sure about this?"
"Yes."
"Do you realise you are going to edom?"
"Yes. That is where Magnus is."
Jace glances at everyone else then says, "alec, you broke up with Magnus."
"You don't think I don't know that jace." Alec says, glaring at his parabatai. "I broke up with him so he could get his magic back. Now I have to save him."
"How do you know he even wants saving or that he will want anything to do with you?"
"I don't." Alec says, quietly. "This just feels like the thing I should be doing."
Jace nods at alec as clary starts to draw the pentagram and the rune.

Once their vision clears, they all start walking toward the large structure that they know is where asmodeus is and where Magnus will most likely be also.
"Listen." Alec says, turning to the others. "No matter what happens here, I am not leaving without Magnus."
"Well." Izzy says, laying her hand on her brothers arm. "We aren't leaving without you."
They reach the large doors and all walk cautiously inside.
"How are we going to find Magnus?" Simon asks, looking around. "I don't exactly see one of those you are here directories."
Alec rolls his eyes and says, "just follow me, I'll find him."

They walk into a dimly lit room and the first thing they notice is a figure curled up in the corner. Alec drops his sereph blade and his bow and rushes to the person.
"Magnus, baby, wake up, it's me." He says, carefully putting his arms around him.
"Alexander?"
Alec smiles and says, "yeah, it's me."
"Why did you come for me? You broke up with me."
"By now, I am sure you know why?" He says as Magnus nods. "So, now, will you marry me?"
"This so not romantic." Jace murmurs.
"Shut up, Blondie." Magnus says, wrapping his arms around alec. "Are you sure about this?"
"More then anything."
"Then, yes, Alexander, I will marry you." Magnus says, kissing him.
They pull apart as a demonic laugh fills the room and the door slams shut.
"It seems, shadowhunter, you have went back on our deal."
"How is that?" Alec answers, his eyes never leaving magnus's.
"You were supposed to end your relationship with my son."
"I did and you gave him his magic back. Therefore our deal is complete. You never said i couldn't start our relationship anew."
Magnus grins at alec and says, "that's my sassy shadowhunter."
