Not really a chapter but I REALLY wanted to share this w people ok imagine this:
You're with Murphy in Jaha's group. The two of you are close and flirt a lot, but nothing has ever really happened between you. Suddenly the group stumbled upon a girl named Emori, and she and you have an instant connection. You stay close together, talking and laughing, discussing the differences in your upbringing. She tells you about growing up on the ground while you tell stories about life on the ark.
Murphy is walking in the back of the group by himself, glaring at Emori's back as she playfully shoves you. He scoffs when he notices the redness of your cheeks then turns his gaze to the ground.
John Murphy was jealous of Emori.
