Chapter 19

Emma's pov

Henry's loved it. He's loved living with Regina, as well as I do. He's only recently started calling her mama, which by all means makes her so happy it's unreal. I'm so in love it's crazy.

Schools finally out. Thank god, means more time with Regina and Henry. The school board still don't know about the intimate relationship between Regina and I, which personally I think is good.

Currently Regina's taken Henry out which has left me with absolute boredom, so I've texted Ruby and Belle over.

Oh did I tell you how belle found out? Kinda a funny story actually. It was just after class had ended and everyone left when she walked in on us.

Flashback

I moan quickly as Regina kisses down my neck and across my jawline. "Baby" I whimper. "I need you" she grins. Quickly stripping my jeans off, when she feels my wet core. "Oh god" she whispers. "You're so wet"

She slowly slid two fingers inside and started off with a steady pace, just as I was about to orgasm, the door opens slightly.

We quickly pull away to see a gobsmacked Belle standing there, thankfully it was only her and not the principle.

She quickly runs off, I quickly grab my jeans putting them on, kissing Regina and running after her.

"Belle" I shout. She comes to a halt and turns slightly embarrassed.

"I'm sorry you had to see that" I say. "Please don't say anything" I continue as tears.

She chuckles "Don't worry Em. Your secrets safe with me"

She pulls me in a hug and whispers "just be careful next time" I chuckle nodding.

End of flashback.

That was some day I thought to myself. The bell rang pulling me from my thoughts.

I ran quickly to open the door to be met by Belle and Ruby. "Hey guys"  I grin welcoming them in.

We spend a good few hours talking about absolutely nothing. That's when Ruby asks me the most obvious question.

"When are you gonna propose?" She asks grinning, Belle chuckles before adding "yeah, you're surely in love. I'm sure you're thinking about it to. I mean she's already adopted Henry right?" I nod blushing.

"I never thought of marriage until now. Regina has changed me so much. So hopefully we can settle down properly."

They nod. Hours later. They finally say their goodbyes, just as they leave Regina's comes home with a sleeping Henry and I smile, taking Henry into my arms and carrying him to his bed before finally joining Regina in her study.

*I realised I never discussed why Emma was so scared of Regina in away*

We start cuddled on the sofa, when Regina finally asked, "What happened? To make you so afraid, so scared of me that night"

I gulp and look away "I'm sorry. I shouldn't of asked" she quickly adds and I look at her.

"Growing hasn't always been that simple, from foster home after foster home. Some were nice and some weren't so nice. Just like any other foster kid I'd cry wondering why my parents left me" I say sniffling. "One night at one of my fosters parents, the foster dad would get drunk and I mean drunk. He'd hit me if I was bad. He'd take his belt off"

Tears began welling up in my eyes. "Most nights they lock me in the cellar, other nights they'd verbally abuse me" I finally saying crying.

"All I've ever wanted was a family, someone who loved me, someone who'd put me first" Regina pulls me in closer. "That is until I met you, you've shown me love and passionate. You've given my son the love that he couldn't get from his father. Henry loves you and I love you so much Regina. I can't lose you ever!"

Regina smiles through her tears and wipes my tears kissing my tear stained cheek before moving to my lips. "I love you so much Em" I whisper against her lips.

"I love you too" I whisper back, cuddling into her side. This is it. I finally have my happy ending.
