This is similar to the paper tear. But, instead, it's going to look like a rip in your image itself. Probably makes no sense, so I'll just get right into it.

Open your image in Pixlr Editor. I prefer to use this on a person.

Open a new image as layer. This will be the paper tear. I have provided you with a few. If you choose not to use one of those, keep in mind this paper tear should not be a transparent. You want there to be a black side to it (if that makes any sense).
Go up to "Edit" then "Free transform..." and move it around until it fits your image.
