Halatang inaasar sya ng best friend nya.
"Ugh! Eto talagang is Valeen, pang asar." Maine thought.
"Rumors? What do you mean?" She said innocently.
"Woah! Feeling walang alam ganon!" Valeen said and laugh.
"Hey, I'm serious... hindi ko alam yan. Hindi pa ako nag uupdate sa social media. You know... I'm too busy these past few weeks." She said defensively.
"Oh is that so, ayan na ininform na kita. Pinag fifiestahan na kaya kayo sa social media you know what! May kumalat na pictures weeks ago nyo na kumain kayo sa isang public restaurant at sari-saring issues and rumors pa."
"Rumors like what? That I'm a bitch, nanloko nanaman ng ibang lalaki? Or whatever." She said in poker face habang patuloy ang pag kain nya.
"Ow! Masusurprise ka. It's not like that, Oo may negative issues din but majority is positive." Valeen said and gave them a wide smile.
"Huh? Positive?" She said curiously.
"Well rumors like... Maine Mendoza s dating a hot cute guy named Alden Richard who is the son of Richard Faulkerson Jr a rich businessman who owns the top list of Furniture Company in Asia, Maine Mendoza caught on cam with her boyfriend, Maine Mendoza is really sweet on her fiancé. MaiDen for real! Forever!" Valeen said joyfully. Nasamid bigla si Maine sa sinabi ni Valeen.
"ahh... *cough-cough* eh... hmm.. anu namang positive don? Mukang tuwang tuwa ka pa eh!" She said.
"Eh kasi walang masyadong bashers eh... alam mo naman before diba... hehehe."
"MaiDen? What's that by the way?"
"Ugh! I thought you're smart... shunga lang. Pinag sama yung name nyo. Actually love team na nga kayo eh, may mga fans na nga kayo. I read some comments of them. May chemistry daw kasi kayo when you're together."
"Yeah... can't believe that. Well, It's only rumors and It's not true." She said.
"Not true nga ba? Hahaha, Joke, Alden you're quiet... wala ka manlang bang side comments?" Valeen said.
"Oh... masama naman kasing makisali sa may usapan Val. Hehe. Well, since tinanong mo na rin. Ms. Maine is right! It's not true. Pero honestly nakakafalttered malaman na may fans na ko. hahaha." Alden said and chuckled.
"hahaha... I smell something fishy dito sa dalawang to eh. Parang may something... Funny-walain pamandin ako. I know Maine too much and masasabi ko na medyo nag iiba na yung ugali nya in public... maybe yung walls na sinasabi nya sakin nasisira na ni Alden. Gusto kong abangan to... may natin love story na ang patunguhan nito hahaha." Valeen thought.
"Okay fine! Sabi nyo eh..."
(11:00am)
Umiwi na rin si Alden, at si Maine at Valeen nalang ang natira. Nasa may living room sila at nag chichikahan.
"So, friend... How are you na talaga? Yung totoo... You know what I mean." Valeen said.
"I'm fine... I feel better now Valeen kaya kung nag aalala ka don't be okay... Okay na ko!" Maine said and sweetly smiled at her.
"Well, I'm happy to hear those words coming from you... I know that you're strong enough to Move On."
"Yeah... of course I will always will Valeen!"
"Yan! Maganda yan! Stay positive lang tayo. Maiba lang ah... and defensive mo kanina ah..."
"Naku Valeen stop teasing me. PA ko lang si Alden... "PLATONIC" it means walang malisya. Okay?"
"Hahaha... sus, may nangyari na nga sanyo eh! Hahhaa." Valeen said and laugh.
"UGH! Valeen! Stop it." Maine said. Lumapit it kay Valeen at kinurot kurot ang tagiliran nito while they both laughing.
"hahaha. Fine! Fine! Sige na hindi na po hahha."
"So, ano ba yung good news mo? What is all about huh?"
"OMG! Ganto yun... Si Patricia uuwi na! First week of April dating nya dito!" Valeen said joyfully sabay hampas ng unan kay Maine. (Para silang mga bata haha.)
"Really! Oh my! Yehey Patricia is coming back!" She said. Tumayo silang dalawa at nagtatalunan.
Tanging si Valeen at Patricia lang ang nakakakita ng ganitong side ni Maine. Yung maharot, kalog, magulo. (GANON KA SOLID YUNG SAMAHAN NILA)
(Valeen's phone ringing)
She checked it at call pala yon from Patricia. (Video)
"Oh! It's Patring." She tapped and answered the call.
"Uy! Besties!" Patricia said when she appeared on the screen at Valeen's phone.
"OWW! We miss you so much!"Valeen and Maine almost shouted.
"The same as I." Patricia and said and pouted her lips.
"Update ko kayo sa April 4 datingko dyan!"
"Oh next next week na pala." Maine said with a wide smile.
"Yeah, I'm excited... can't won't to bond with both of you again! Namimiss ko na yung kalokohan natin. Haha." Patricia said.
"Kami rin! Kami rin!" Valeen and Maine said happly.
"Ay oo nga pala guys, may sasabihin nga pala ako sanyo..." Patricia said shyly.
"What's it?"
"Ano... kasi... " Patricia said. *toot-toot* *toot-toot*
The video call ended
"What the fuck! Pabitin! ANU BA YAN!" Maine said.
They tried to contact Patricia pero hindi nandito pumipick up.
"Ugh! Kaasar!" Valeen said.
"Hay nako... gabi narin Val. Come on! Sleep na tayo... sasabihin din naman nya satin yun when she got here na." Maine said. She's yawning while walking towards to her bedroom.
"Sige na nga. I'm tired narin eh!"
Nag umpisa na silang matulog ni Valeen at halatang pareho silang napagod.
