Nasa expressway na sila ni Maine papuntang Laguna.
While Alden's driving...
Alden looked at her and he saw that Maine is really enjoying the ride even though they're quiet and just listening in love songs. He decided to break the silence and spoke.
"Okay ka lang?" Alden said and looked at her. She looked back and smiled at him.
"Oo naman... I love long drives like this, parang nung nag road trip lang tayo nila bestiee..." She said. Alden smiled at her then focused his eyes again on the road.
"Nga pala Maine... may sasabihin din kami mamaya sayo ni Papa." He said and his smiley face faded away. She noticed it so she pinched his cheeks.
"Oh, eh bakit biglang seryoso nyang face mo??" She said curiously.
He faced her again and showed a wacky face para hindi na magtaka pa si Maine. He's really trying to hide his sadness while in front of her para lang hindi na magkaproblema pa.
"Wala lang!" He said and chuckled. She tapped his shoulders and chuckled.
"Ang gulo mo, ewan nga..." She said.
"Diba uuwi yung sister mo, dun ba sya nag sstay sa condo mo pag nauwi sya dito?" Alden said.
"Yes, syempre! Pero minsan dun kami sa Bulacan because of Dad but... saglit lang din naman kami dun kasi di naman nag tatagal si Dad. Umaalis rin kasi yun... you know... busy... as always..." She said.
"hmm... mukang kahit hindi kayo nag kikita ng sister mo ng madalas eh parang close na close noh." He said and smiled.
"Hindi ka nagkakamali dyan! Hahaha. Nga pala andun din ba yung mga cousins mo?"
"Wala sila... busy sila ngayon. Alam ko kasi si Kuya Dong at Ate Yan kasama si Baby Z nasa Cebu tapos si Chris at Andrei naman na sa Bacolod may camping daw. Si Ate April kasama si Baste at Samsam umuwi ng Gensan, binisita yung grandparents nila."
"Ahhh, eh sino nasa bahay nyo ngayon?"
"Si Mama at Papa, Riza, RD pati Si Lolo at Lola nandun din and they really want to meet you... I'm sure magugustuhan ka nila." He said and smiled sweetly to her.
"You think so...? They will like me??" She said and felt a little nervous.
"Kung ako nga nagustuhan kita... sila pa kaya." He said and winked at her.
