Chapter 5: Fear

Ryan's POV:

Hidden? Why? Why can't we tell the world? What's so wrong about two men together? Or is it that..... He really IS embarrassed of me...? Shit I knew it. I knew this was too good to be true... Ray must have noticed my distress because he immediately said, "Ryan. It isn't that I'm embarrassed to be with you... It's just that I'm scared. I'm scared of what they might do..." He looked at the ground sadly. He's telling the truth... I wrapped my arms around him.

"Ok, baby. If you aren't ready, them I'm not ready. We'll stay hidden. I promise ok?" He smiled and nodded. I pecked his lips and the smile on his face only got wider. I'm happy for once in my damned life. I'm truly happy. He kissed me back.

"I love you, Ry Bread."

"I love you too, X-Ray." I whispered.
