Yuri's POV

I stared at the night sky, listening to your deep breaths, and imagining my future with you.
Watching you sleep made me giggle.
You look so cute when you sleep. Do you know that?

Then, the wind came and blew your perfect hair all over.
Hmm... The scent of you favourite strawberry shampoo.
Brushing of the strands of hair on your face, I noticed you smiling a bit.
You even smile when you sleep. How cute can you be?
A second later, you slowly opened your eyes and stared into mine.

How I wish you knew how much I love you & want to have you all to myself.

Us staring into each other's eyes made me blush.
Your smile broke into small laughters and you pinched my cheeks.
I bowed my head in embarrasment as you sat up beside me.

"You were blushing," you said, making me blush more. "You are still blushing. Haha."

"Stop it. You are making blush more." I whined and pushed you by the shoulder, making you lose your balance & falling to the side.

To save myself from a beating, I quickly got up & ran.
We ended up chasing each other around the empty field.

I wish we will never get tired or bored of this.
I wish we never grow too old out of it.

"Okay... STOP! I'm tired." you panted as you threw yourself onto the ground, pulling me down with you.

'Beep. Beep.' your handphone vibrated.

I watched as your face turns gloomy after reading the message you just received.

"Yuri... I have to go now. Mom's calling. Mianhe. See you tomorrow, okay?" you stood up and I stood up with you.

You gave me an assuring smile and hugged me tight.

I wish I wish I don't have to let go of you.
I wish we can stay like this forever.

After the hug break apart, I just nodded and smiled back at you.
Disappointedly, I watched as you ran off.
Wiping off the sweat on my head, I sighed.

...

Jessica's POV

I hurried back after receiving mom's message. I cannot be late or I will have to hear her never-ending naggings.
That is the one thing I cannot bear! It really hurts my ears!

Mom's just like that. Nagging is her full-time job. And everytime she nags, she nags about the same thing over & over again. I think that I have already memorised her naggings.

The only time I noticed her not nagging was when Yuri was around.
Mom treats Yuri just like her own daughter.
I think she loves Yuri more than she loves me.
I wish Yuri is with me everyday at home so I don't have to hear her naggings.

I glanced at the time as I alighted the bus.
As soon as I looked up to continue walking, my shoulder was grabbed and I spunned 180degrees.
I was about to lay my hand on the face of whoever who pulled me when I saw who it was.
My jaw nearly dropped off.

Yuri's POV

"Ring! Ring!"

I reached out my hand for the alarm clock and stopped the annoying ringing.

Groaning, I fumbled through the stuff on my table to find my handphone.

'Wake up, sica!!' I typed slowly and sent her the wake-up text.

I dragged my feet to the toilet and had my shower.

Why do I feel so tired? Must be all the running yesterday.

Sica, you better wake up. I don't want to have to go your house and drag you out of your bed.

As soon as I step out of the toilet, I checked my phone for replies.

None.

Knew it. There is not a Monday that I don't have to wake you up myself.

I sighed and got ready for school. Good thing school starts at 10am on Mondays.

...

Knock. Knock.

"Aunty, Sica have not wake up yet." I complained to Sica's mom as she opened the door.
