Jessica’s POV
The bell rang for recess time.
I was snapped out of my daydreaming.
The teacher dismissed us and everybody stood up to leave for lunch.
I stretched and yawned.
Just as I was about to put my hands down, Sooyoung pulled my hand along with Yuri’s and brought us out of the class.
Typical of the shiksin. She always wants to be at the front of the line.
“
Can’t you wait even for a few seconds??
” Yuri grunted, pulling her hand free from Sooyoung’s grip.
“
Like as if you don’t know me. What is wrong with you? You never complained before.
”

That’s why, Sooyoung! She has been acting like that since just now.
” I agreed with her and glared at Yuri.
“
Whatever. You two go first. I’m gonna stop by the toilet.
” and she turned to walk off.
“
Wait! I’ll go with you.
” I walked after Yuri.
“
Yah! How can you both leave me alone?! Hmph!
” she yelled.
“
Bye Sooyoungie!
”
I could hear Sooyoung grumbling to herself and stomping away.
Then, I sped up beside Yuri and took her hand.
Holding hands have become a habit.
We didn’t care when other people kept looking at us.
We’re close friends. And they’re jealous.
I smiled to myself and held her hands tighter.
I saw a smile creeping across her face when I looked up at her.
“
Are you okay, now?
” I asked still looking at her.
