i was in my stall eating some hay when i saw Derek 

I tossed my head up when he came over and opened my stall

"Hey my girl how are you?" he asked patting my neck I let out a neigh and nudged his shoulder telling him I was happy to see him

"I'm glad to you too girl how about we go for a run yeah." he asked grabbing my halter and the lead rope and walked me out of my stall closing the wood the keep me inside

He tacked me up pat my right shoulder

"Hey Derek going for a ride." came the voice of Dannie

Dannie was a groom at the Racing Chance Stable she has been working there for a couple years now and she had been my groom since I have arrived and started to live her I loved her she always had a smile on her face and she would sing to me when she brushed and bathed me Derek would help her as well he had been my training jockey for as long as I can remember I would not want anybody else riding me

"Yep I am want to watch."

''Yeah sure.'' she answered

they both walked beside me the whole way to the track when me entered I tossed my head back and pranced a bit Derek got my reins over my neck as I played with the cold thing within my mouth

'Stop playing with it Ribbon that not going to make it go away!" said Derek with a laugh

"Okay let's get you up." said Dannie" One Two Three."

than Derek was on my back he started to tell me which way to go and I went Dannie came up and put me in some box thing that I was always put in for running I pawned at the ground and took a deep breath than *RING* and I was gone I shoot out I felt the wind though my mane and tail as I ran and I didn't want to stop I loved this feeling I could run all day. but I have no one to run with so it got boring sometimes since Thunder couldn't keep up with me any more when Derek started to pull me back I bit I started to slow down but by the time I was at a walk I was half way around the track again

"You never slow down do ya?"

I neighed and he got me to trot and we got back to Dannie who had Sarah now standing beside her

Sarah had bought me when I was a little filly after my mother death I was kinda forgotten it was like if someone looked at me they saw her and it hurt them and I never meant for that so when Sarah came and took me here and nobody saw me as my mother or looked hurt my life was amazing Derek soon started riding me and Dannie my groom I couldn't ask for better people to take care of me

"What you think Sarah?" asked Derek as he patted my neck

"She seems bored." Sarah said looking at me

"Well she got no body to race I would get bored too." Dannie spoke up

"I'll see if anybody got a horse they want to train maybe we can get her a new racing partner." said Sarah rubbing my head gave me a kiss before walking away

Derek got off and Dannie took me back to the Barn soon she and Derek had all my tack off and where bathing me when Derek shoot Dannie with the hose

"You didn't."

"But I just did." Derek replied

And soon they were all wet and I just looked at them weird and snorted as I got sprayed in the face

"Sorry Girl we kind of got carried away." Derek said patting my shoulder

Dannie and Derek finished bathing me and put me out into the field where my friend Thunder and Champ where I trotted over to them

(Thunder)

"Good Run?" asked Champ 

"Same old not as ffun now that i am kicking thunder's Butt."

"I heard that."
