Ch10- Torn Down

I really liked the necklace Tex gave to me so I ended up wearing it to work for a few days, everyone including drew was fine with it. I didn't even know that Tex knew where I worked at either.

Through out the day, I was showered with gifts from Tex. Drew walked into my area " this guy must really be missing you but I'm just glad your doing fine." Haha yeah I was doing fine but it was weird, I got my supply's for drew's mom and headed out to the site. I started to hammer away and then I hit my hand and it was bleeding badly.

My coworkers took me to the hospital where the doctor told me I'll be out of labor work for two weeks but other than that I'll be fine, I was torn up since I really wanted to make his moms guess house look amazing.

Drew came to drive me home, there Tex was waiting to take care off me. Drew smiled at me while I was walking in, Tex just gave him a stink eye. Out of my window I watch drew with his professional self get back in his car and drive off while it stated to rain.
