Tris Pedrad~ PLOT TWIST

Chapter 10

Tris POV

I really think it's funny how Peter keeps thinking out loud.

"Um hey T... Tris." one of the new initiates says.

"Um hi. Do I know you?" I ask

"Well, I'm new, we chose on the same day. I'm Albert, but call me Al." he tells me.

He opens his mouth to say something, but then closes it again. They I hear somebody come up behind me, and try to scare me. I don't even have to look back to see who it is.

"ANNIE!" I yell.

"Excuse me, the names Anthony around people." An whispers to me.

"HI I'M ANTHONY" he screams to Al, and offers him his hand.

He takes it, and says "Al."

Albert POV

"Um hey T... Tris." I spit out. She's really cute, so I'm nervous around her.

"Um hi. Do I know you?" she asks back.

  "Well, I'm new, we chose on the same day. I'm Albert, but call me Al." I tell her.

Just then I see someone running up behind her, I open my mouth to say something, but he shows me to not say anything.

He runs up and tries to scare Tris. She doesn't even look back, she just screams "ANNIE!"

Then he whispers something to her.

"HI I'M ANTHONY!" he yells at me, offering his hand.

I take it, replying back by saying "Al."

"Hey do you wanna eat dinner with us?" Tris asks me.

"Um sure." I saw.

We then go down to dinner.

Tris POV

We go down to lunch with Al. He seems really nice.

"Hey Uriah" he says.

"Hey Al" Uriah says back, not looking up from his food. 

"URIAH BEA EMBARRASSED ME!" An yells.

"Beatrice." Uriah says, trying to sound stern. "What did you do."

"SHE CALLED ME ANNIE. SHE CALLED ME ANNIE AROUND PEOPLE." An whines like a Four-Year-Old.

"Beatrice-stop-calling-him-An-" he says in between laughs,  and when he was in the middle of saying Annie, he fell out of his chair.

When we get finished, we invite Al, Percy, Christina, An, Kae, Tobias, Caleb, Aeries, and Eric to our apartment, for a game of Candor or Dauntless.

"I'M AMAZING I GET TO START" Uriah says.

The second he finishes, I ask Percy, Candor or Dauntless.

Uriah's jaw drops. He is amazed that I beat him to the question.

"Candor" Percy tells me.

"PANSYCAKE!" Uriah yells.

"Do you have a crush on Tobias?" I ask her.

She laughs.

"Never. In. A. Million. Years" she says acting offended.

"Anthony. Candor or Dauntless." Percy asks An.

"Dauntless." An replies.

"I dare you to flirt with Tris." she says, acting like she knows he will take the dare.

He walks out of the room. He comes back in, in about 10 minutes, this time wearing a jacket.

He takes off his jacket, showing that he isn't going to do the dare.

"I wouldn't flirt with Kae, why would I flirt with my best friend, A.K.A. my other twin?" he asks annoyed.

"My dearest Kaelynne. Candor or Dauntless?"  An asks Kae.

"If you're really my twin, you already know."

"I dare you, to go into the pit, and hug the first person you see." she rolls her eyes and walks out, with Anthony trailing behind her.

When she walks back in, she is bright red.

"She had to hug Amar!" Anthony says laughing.

"Tris Cand-"

"Dauntless" I say, without even letting Kae finish.

"I dare you, AND Annie to go to the pit, and scream at the top of your lungs 'I AM FREAKING AMAZING!' then if people object, then just slap them in the face." she tells me.

"Well we did that this morning, so it wont be that hard." I say laughing, while Anthony is turning bright red.

"No, no we didn't." he tells me.

"Dude. Quit lying. We did that dare this morning."

"NO WE DIDN'T" he yells.

"Annie, quit lying, you are slurring your words, and you are turning bright red." I tell him.

He sighs, and we walk out.

We go down to the pit, it's not as busy as it normally is, but it's still pretty busy.

We stand, over by the tattoo place, and I get an idea. I should dare him to get a tattoo.

We stand there, throw our hands up, and scream "I AM FREAKING AMAZING" he turns bright red, and turns to walk away. I grab his arm pulling him back, we are both about the same strength, so it's kind of hard to pull him.

"What?" he asks slightly annoyed, and still a little red.

I put my hands on his shoulders, look him in the eyes, and say "Candor or Dauntless."

He thinks it through, looking nervous, replies "Dauntless."

"I dare you to get a tattoo with me." I tell him.

His eyes get wide, he looks even more nervous, and nods, excitedly, and nervously.

We walk into the tattoo place, and start to look, I see a three raven tattoo, I decide that's what I want, one for Zeke, one for Uriah, and one for my Mother. I help him pick one too. He decides on a cross, with pointed ends.

We go into separate rooms, and get our Tattoos.

When we come out, we both look surprised, I got the three ravens on my collar bone, and he got his cross on his right shoulder blade.

"Common let go." I tell him, grabbing his hand and running.

When we get back to my apartment, everybody questions where we went.

I put my hair over my collar bone, and he decides to put on his jacket, both of us trying to hide out tattoos.

Kae sneaks up behind him and pulls off his jacket, and Uriah is right behind me, pulling back my hair. Both revealing the exact spots of our tattoos.

"We knew you got them." they say in unison. "We where the ones that followed you to see you do the dare."

Kaelynne, not being herself, looks calm. Whenever An does something crazy, she is on edge.

"Kaelynne?" I ask "Is there something wrong with you?"

She turns around, taking off her jacket, and pulling up her hair, revealing her left shoulder blade, with the tattoo of angle wings.

We all look surprised, except for Uriah.

"Uri?" I ask.

"I already knew." he says back. "I went with her."

He then shows us his arm, pulling up the sleeve of his leather jacket, showing the three raves.

"You, Zeke, and Mom." he says pointing to each one.

"TWINSIES!" we both scream in unison.
