If you find it difficult getting off the couch my advice to you is to wait and start the process when you are more motivated. Exercise doesn't have to be long, hard nor boring. It just needs to be effective and efficient at producing the results you want and fits within your schedule. After all, you can't expect good results if you'll not willing to put in the time nor effort to do it. Even though, I knew the benefits of exercise I still got bored each time. It was because I was doing the same exercise routine day after day with no passion. Under such circumstances even the highly motivated can become bored. If you work out at the gym, as I do make it an effort to change your workout routine this can make a world of difference. You may want to consider inviting a friend to workout with you.
Check different programs offered by other gyms to find one that matches your needs. The main objective is re-engagement that will allow you to meet or exceed your objective weight lost goal. When exercising at home watch your favorite TV program or a movie while working out on the treadmill, exercise bike or elliptical machine to prevent yourself from being bored, it can also expand the session. It's a great way to shad those pounds without even realizing it. I recommend that you get a weight lost belt they are not expensive you can pick one up from Wal-Mart for under $10 it's well worth the investment. Wear it around your waist and as you exercise and sweat you'll burn away the belly fat.
To eliminate boredom in your excise routine find an activity that you love to do and can't wait to do it everyday. In my case I found my solution, there are several malls here in the area and my husband I created a walking program, we visit each one at least once a week, come rain or shine. If you are able get to the office a half-an-hour early and walk around the building, if you can do it safely walk around the area. The benefits of walking are numerous, it helps you to start the day fresh, reduce stress and anxiety.
