Drink Lots of Water

 A key factor to weight lost is to drink a lot of water.  On an average around 8 glasses to a gallon of water on a daily basis, it's a perfect drink and is very essential to all body functions.  Eliminate sodas and other beverages high in sugar, start drinking water.  Besides, water does not have any calories. Drinking water also helps flush wastes from the body this is especially important during times of fat metabolism and weight loss.  Think of it as the nutrient your body need.  It helps to maximize physical performance and has a major effect on your energy levels and brain function.
