Kay and ratchet walked down the stairs as they were now in there normal clothes, ratchet looked at kay and whispered, "i hope you though of a good thing to tell him sweetie cause i got nothing!" stated ratchet as kay took his hand and she smiled at him, " don't worry its perfect sweetie, its not the truth but at the same time its not a lie either!" kay told him as ratchet smiled at his wife and they walked into the kitchen were bolt was sitting with clank at the table and was having some pudding. Kay and ratchet joined there son at the table as clank left the kitchen so they could be alone as parents and child, bolt stared at his parents with a confused look on his face, kay stroked bolts ears gently as she stated, "bolt i know what you saw scared you cause you didn't know what daddy and i were doing, but you don't have to worry daddy wasn't hurting me sweetie." Kay told bolt as he looked at his mother, "but mama you were making the same kind of sounds you made when tesla and hexa were born, and back then you were in pain, how was this sound sapost to be different from that sound?" asked bolt as ratchet took this question. "Bolt when mommy was having tesla and hexa those were sounds of pain, but what she was doing up stairs were sounds of love do you understand bolt?" ratchet asked his son as bolt nodded and looked at kay, "then why was daddy ontop of you mama? if he wasn't hurting you?" bolt asked still confused from what he had saw of his parents in bed together, kay smiled at her son, "well bolt you see when a mommy and a daddy love each other very very much they do what we were doing cause they want to be as close to each other as possible, so what you saw was me and daddy trying to be as close to each other as possible , but only mommys and daddys that are truly in love can be like that ok sweetie," stated kay as bolt nodded and he ate another spoonful of pudding as ratchet smiled at kay thinking they were done with the questions but then bolt put his spoon down and stated. "But then why were you naked?" kay and ratchet giggled and blushed. "Well we were naked cause we just had a bath sweetie." Kay told bolt as he looked at his mother confused again, "you had a bath together? why?" asked bolt as ratchet took this one. "Cause mommy and daddy sometimes like to take baths and showers together its fun!" stated ratchet as bolt nodded at his parents and finished his pudding, "oh ok so daddy wasn't hurting mama, you were just doing a special kind of hug that mama's and daddys do?...ok!" stated bolt as kay and ratchet nodded at there son as bolt smiled at his parents, "can i go play now?" bolt asked as kay and ratchet smiled and nodded as they watched there son run off to his play room to play, kay and ratchet exchanged relived looks as they finally relaxed, clank walked into the room as he had seen bolt run off to play, clank walked over to them and giggled at the two lombaxes, "don't worry i have now put a lock on your master bedroom door, so you don't have to worry about this kind of thing ever happening again." Clank told them as ratchet fist bumped the small robot and kay hugged him happily. Clank giggled and left the room, but as he was walking out of the room he stated to them, "well at least you two wore protection!" as kay and ratchet stiffened in fear as they realized that they hadn't!. Kay looked over at ratchet and whispered "please tell me you remembered to cover your lombax arsenal!" kay stated to him as his ears drooped and he shook his head. "I forgot to..." stated ratchet as kay looked over at the twins who were playing with there aunt and uncle, she then looked at ratchet and stated, "i will be right back! I'm just going to head down to the store to buy something" kay told him as he nodded and stated "I'm coming with you!" kay smiled at him as they told angela and alister that they were going to grab something from the store in town and that they would be back soon, angela nodded as kay and ratchet left the mansion and walked into town, ratchet looked at his wife. "So what do you need to get sweetie?" he asked as kay took his hand and stated in a calm voice. "I need to get a feminine cleaner and a test!" stated kay as ratchets ears drooped again as he nodded at her, they made it to the store and tried not to pull attention to themselves as they walked over to the female isle and kay got what she needed, she placed the items on the counter as the male teenaged lombax cashier rang the products through, he laughed seeing the two products and he stated. "Well someone had some fun that they regret" as he looked up at the customer and he almost had a heart attack upon seeing kay and ratchet standing there looking upset, "Oh my your highnesses!! I'm terribly sorry i meant to say oh wow someone had fun that might make another prince or princess for our people!...please don't be mad! I'm sorry i wasn't paying attention to the customers....im sooo gonna get fired for this...." stated the casher as ratchet put his hand on the teens hand and said "listen we will forgive you and not tell your boss if you don't tell anyone that we were buying these products ok?" ratchet asked as the casher nodded and thanked them, kay paid for the items and they took off back to the mansion as the casher thanked orvus that kay and ratchet were such kind rulers.
