Part 153: Heading To The Hall Of Heroes!

The next day the royal family was flying through space as bolt noticed the ring on his moms hand, "mama did daddy give you that? its pretty!" bolt said as kay giggled at her son and nodded, "yep he did bolt and we were gonna wait till latter to tell you all but daddy gave me it cause were going to renew our wedding vows when we get back to fastoon, and you will each have a special role in the ceremony!" kay stated as bolt looked at kay in confusion, "what does it mean to renew your wedding vows mama?" bolt asked as kay answered her son, "well sweetie when daddy and i got married the other lombaxes weren't around to see it, our wedding was very small, and daddy told me that one day after the lombaxes have returned that we would have a huge party to renew our vows so that all our people can see the love that we share and that love will strengthen our people bolt!" kay said as bolt nodded, "mama can juna be there to?" bolt asked as kay giggled, "of course she will be there honey! all the lombaxes are gonna be there for the huge celebration, it will be fun!" kay said as bolt giggled in excitement, they flew for another hour when the nav system chimed in, "approaching aleero city!"  the kids looked out the windows as ratchet landed the ship on his landing spot, bolt yelled out, "wow daddy! you have your own spot here? how come?!" bolt asked as ratchet laughed at his sons cute question, "its cause I'm still a ranger bolt, so this is my ships parking spot!" ratchet told bolt as he stared at ratchet in amazement, once they had all there bags and stuff, they walked into the penthouse as the kids ran over to the couch and sat down on it waiting for ratchet to assign them there rooms, kay walked around as memories flooded back into her mind, she walked into the kitchen and stood on the place where she had first found out that she was pregnant with bolt more than two years ago, bolt walked into the kitchen looking around the penthouse as he saw kay lost in memory, "mama are you ok?" bolt asked snapping kay back to reality, she nodded and smiled at him, he walked over to her as she hugged him and kissed his cheek, "bolt it was when daddy and i were living here that i first found out that i was pregnant with you! cool huh?" kay stated as bolts eyes went wide, "really mama? how did you find out that i was in your tummy?' bolt asked as kay smiled at her son, "well i was standing right here when it happened sweetie and i got really dizzy and uncle alister found me on the floor and after he moved me to the couch and daddy came home with uncle clank from work thats when i started to throw up from morning sickness, thats how i discovered that i was pregnant with you sweetie!" kay said to bolt as he smiled at her in wonder, "wow thats neat mama!" bolt stated as a question peeked up in his mind, he turned to kay and asked, "is that why you moved to fastoon mama? is it cause of me?" kay shook her head, "no bolt, it was just by duty that we moved to fastoon, you see sweetie when we brought you home to the penthouse from the hospital, aunty angela called us and told us that something weird was going on in the court and that it looked like some lombaxes were stuck in beams of light, so daddy and i, along with uncle clank and uncle alister brought you bolt as a one day old newborn to fastoon, where thanks to you sweetie were able to break the curse that had been put on the dimentionator and returning all our family and friends back home to us again!, thats why the returning festival is the day after your birthday cause you were just a day old when you helped bring the lombaxes back to fastoon bolt sweetie!" kay gently told bolt as he was smiling at her with a huge grin on his face as he hugged her, "wow thats a really cool story mama!" bolt stated as kay nodded and ratchet stated in the familyroon that they were now heading out of the penthouse to got to the hall of heroes to see uncle qwark, the kids all cheered as they all headed out of the penthouse and down the street, once they made it to the hall of heroes the robotic rangers at the gate stopped ratchet and asked to see his ID card, ratchet handed them his card as they scanned it and him, "positive you are ratchet, welcome back ranger, the others are waiting for you inside!" stated the robotic ranger as ratchet nodded and smiled as he stood by the robot till all the kids got through the gate, he then walked over and held kays hand as they walked to the front doors of the hall of heroes, suddenly ratchets proto suit appeared on him as the kids thought it was done by magic, "wow daddy you look awesome!" bolt yelled as ratchet chuckled and rubbed the back of his head, "aww thanks bolt!" ratchet said as ratchet opened the front door up so that kay and the kids could walk in,they stood in the main lobby when qwark ran up and grabbed bolt and hugged him, "hey there bolt!! hows my number one rookie ranger doing?" qwark asked as he cuddled his nephew causing bolt to giggle happily, "I'm good uncle!! how are you?" bolt asked as qwark smiled at bolt, "oh I'm doing fantastic bolt! especially now that you and your family are all here!" qwark stated happily as he put bolt down on the ground and hugged kay and then he grabbed ratchet and hugged him so tight that ratchet couldn't breath, causing the kids to giggle at the silly sight, once qwark had released ratchet and he could breath again, qwark gave the kids a tour of the hall of heroes, "this room here kids is the room were your dad tested out his new weapons for the first time years ago! cool huh? hey do you want to hold the spiral of death bolt?" qwark asked as kay and ratchet told qwark that bolt was far far FAR to young to touch those weapons, causing qwark to laugh, "i know i was just playing with you two!" qwark said as the kids giggled at there uncle, qwark then showed the family the briefing room where the other rangers where currently sitting and chatting about things, brax saw ratchet and stood up smiling as the family walked into the briefing room, bolt walked over to brax and looked up at him as he stated, "he's really big daddy!" brax and ratchet laughed as brax knelt down and introduced himself to ratchets eldest son, "ratchet your kids adorable man! he's like a cuter more tiny version of you!" brax stated as ratchet laughed, "ya he's adorable! he gets that from his mother!" ratchet stated, kay was talking with cora and elaris as cora notice a tiny ear peaking up in kays snuggly, "oh my goodness! oh my!....kay is that a baby lombax in the snuggly? i thought you were wearing it cause of the kids! i didn't know there was one in there!" cora stated as she and elaris both got excited, kay nodded and pulled eva and ava out of the snuggly and sat them on the briefing table as the rangers all went quiet, qwark walked into the room confused as to why it had gotten so quiet all of a sudden when he looked at the table and saw the new twins looking around and kay was handing them there plush lombax toy, "oh...oh my goodness....are these two new ratchet?" qwark asked as ratchet nodded, "yep they are! they are only a six and a half weeks old now qwark!" ratchet stated as kay added "they were born during a blizzard in our garage! there twin girls named eva and ava!" qwark was beside himself with joy as kay noticed that cora had run off to get some one else to see the twins, as qwark knelt by the edge of the table making stupid silly faces for the twins to giggle at. Finally cora returned with talwyn in toe, she gasped when she saw kay and ratchet, she ran to them and hugged them, talwyn was just about to start talking to them when the twins started crying on the table cause qwark as playing with there toy lombax, talwyn looked at the twins in shock as she looked back at kay and ratchet who were both smiling happily, "surprise tal! meet your two new nieces!" ratchet stated as talwyn just stared with her law dropped open as she looked from kay to ratchet and then to the twins who were now starting to cheer up cause elaris made qwark give them back there plush toy.
